If I give review for Dunkin Donuts? The ones I will do are for in Vernon/Rockville,Ct. 1 on Rt 83 Rockville(across st from Swiss Cleaners) Service good Counter help friendly and 99.99% of time? My order is the way I request!! Been going here for about 6 years and I know I keep going back because the Staff is Friendly and the service is great!! Keep up the good work!! Now 2nd) Over on Rt 83 Before Tri-City Plaza; Always greeted nicely and Selection of foods very well stocked! Clean and small staff which gives a Home like atmosphere!! Wait time is reasonable and Been going here maybe 3 years on and off!! 1 thing I don't like is its only accessible bye coming straight down Rt83 from passing Wendys or coming up from the Plaza where Bank of America is then? You need too make a U-Turn which is mainly is going out of the way too get too the location!! Too bad couldn't request a light or a thru way much closer too The Dunkin Donut Parking Lot!! But? I will do what I've been doing too visit...

The person who took my order on the speaker was very kind and polite, which made me feel heard. The reception at this location is spot on every time and I greatly appreciate that..

When I got to the window, however, the person there was mild mannered, and handed me an incomplete order. There was no flavor in my latte, and no bacon on my sandwich as I requested and paid for. If you don't have those things, at least communicate that, so I don't pay for it needlessly.

This is a recurring issue at this location for me, as I only hear excellent things about this location, but my order is messed up just about every time. It's also not difficult; it's a bagel with cream cheese...

Yesterday was Christmas, and I understand not everybody necessarily has the best time during the holiday, and not every one appreciates it, but that doesn't stop you from meeting the minimum requirements of the job your managers and bosses...

I just went through the drive thru and ordered a peach Passionfruit refresher with green tea. I noticed on the screen it said “Peach Passionfruit Refresher” but did not say anything about green tea. I asked my husband to confirm when we got to the window that they had heard the “with green tea” part. When we got to the window, my husband asked if they had heard us say we wanted green tea in the refresher. The worker responded “uhhhh yeah” and treated us like we were dumb to ask. Then, she read the sticker on the cup and handed us the refresher. The sticker only said “Peach Passionfruit Refresher” and nothing about green tea. My husband and I both tasted it and decided there was no way the green tea had been added. We went across the street to the gas station and bought green tea to add into it. Disappointing to...
