My partner and I stopped here on our way to Boston. The staff was very kind and it was delicious! We got the mozzarella wedge which was stretchy, cheesy, and perfectly breaded. The sauce was wonderful too. The garlic bread was crunchy and flavorful. My partner got a chicken parm and it was delicious! I really enjoyed it. We also got a half and half pie. The plain was so cheesy and fresh. The other half had pepperoni, bacon, and mushrooms which was also wonderful. For dessert we got the macadamian nut cookie and it was so buttery and falls apart easily. So great. The brownie was thick and rich. So good! Also a huge shoutout for their accesible bathroom. I sometimes use my wheelchair or crutches and their bathroom for females had an arm to help disabled people get in and out of their seat more easily. First time I saw this.

this picture is from one half of a chicken Philly grinder for 20 dollars for petes sake. I had to peel open the bread first off and its had practically NOTHING in it. no one takes pride in there food anymore. WASTE of money. should have went to tolland pizza. forgot how much this place sucks and is expensive for the trash they sell. had no flavor at all and no filling and just cheese over the top. I cant express it enough how much that sandwich was complete garbage. take pride in your food Mr Cook and don't be a slob. well at least you cooked an onion ring good. 28 bucks for a terrible sandwich with cheese all over it lol and an order of onion rings.. stick to fried easy to make food at this place. notice I didnt say resturant, its a desperate place to eat and thats it.

I've been eating here since the early 80s. We used to receive "1 Free Slice of Pizza" cards from Parker Memorial School's Reading at Home (RAH) program. Dr. Lincoln, our principal, used to meet with us to congratulate us on reading, and when we read a certain number of books, we got a free slice! I still have one, somewhere... Just got back from an early dinner there. Chicken parm was insanely good! Perfectly trimmed chicken breast, excellent sauce, perfect amount of cheese! It was superb. As were the French fries. Service was excellent too, and there was no wait (4:45 ish on a Thursday). As a side note, and I might be wrong, but they may be closed on Mondays. Oh, and their pizza is top notch too 👌 😋. I love this place. Everyone does! 🙂

Maybe I should've gotten the pizza is what I'll start out with. For one, they only do take out. That's fine by me- we're in a pandemic of course. But the fact that their online menu's prices aren't correct really irked me. Add a dollar to each menu item and those are the true prices. The fact that we've been in a pandemic for 12 months and they haven't updated their website with the correct prices was super annoying, since that's how most of you guys will check their menu and prices. They handed me a physical copy of the menu but who knows how long until that menu sitting in my drawer bothers me and I throw it away. If I only brought cash with me, I wouldn't have been able to pay for my order

The other weird thing- I like calzones, so I figured I'd order a few cheese calzones. Except, they weren't selling those at the time I called (5pm). They instead told me they're only serving broccoli, spinach, and meat calzones. What's weird here is how are you selling broccoli and spinach when you aren't selling cheese? Don't those calzones already have cheese in them? The point im trying to make is that it's a dead giveaway that they don't make their calzones fresh. Even DP Dough makes their calzones fresh. It's like telling your customers you're not able to sell cheeze pizza today but you are able to sell pepperoni. Regardless, the calzones were lukewarm and overall not very good.

I got eggplant parmigiana and it was so greasy that the grease was dripping out the container and onto the takeout bag. It had a quarter inch thick layer of cheese. It looked like something gordon ramsay would disgustingly take apart on kitchen nightmares. But truthfully, I actually liked it. Though the eggplant was soggy and that layer of cheese made the whole thing a bit too salty, it wasn't bad I'd actually get it again. It comes with shells or spaghetti. I asked for spaghetti and they gave me shells :(. Weirdly enough the pasta sauce was soo watery none of it stuck to the shells and was not very enjoyable.

Maybe I should get the pizza next time... I used to come here as a kid and loved the whole vibe of the restaurant. But now, it's clear they're cutting corners and I'd be willing to drive a little further to get willington pizza if it means slightly better quality (and accurate...

Too bad, so neighborhood orientated. Good menu & terrific specials Wait staff sometimes nice, sometimes not & they spend an awful lot of time chatting together out front. They look like they want something to do, but I'm sure they work hard. The cooks looked mad, or irritated. Starving, I stopped in for lunch. I'm not a meat-eater, but I really needed some energy, So I ordered 1/2 Cheeseburger Grinder. A typical sized bun TO- GO ** I couldn't open the bag handed to me just to take a peak cuz the wrapper was SOAKED IN GREASE & DRIPPING OUT! Yikes, I said. Very bright & shiny oil. The taste test. Well, I'm 66,. I've tried, cooked lots of burgers . I ordered it rare, but with CT health laws, waitstaff asked if me I would take med rare. Sure. The burger was that awful pre-formed & thawed mass . Med-rare? Nope. Very well done, so dry & you could almost see all the fillers in the meat. The burger laughed when I tried to get some moisture in it. Ordered a sodo I shouldn't have needed This down home establishment with it's outdated look does a great business with loyal customers. The hot crispy grinder role (after I wiped it down) was special- crisp outside & soft inside, the sweet red peppers were "little" sweet red peppers, lettuce sparce & limp The BEST - My special pain in the arse request came...

Ahhhh Papa T's. We have been eating here on and off for years. With the previous owner a few years back, we regularly had order errors. We would eat there until they messed an order up and then put them on the back burner (for sometimes more than a year). Patricia herself even admitted it was ridiculous, and gave me a $50 credit (which I never used). I was happy when the new owner kept the recipes and also had employees reading back phone orders (which they never use to do).

Well, we were in avoid mode when Willington Pizza Too decided to charge $12.75 for a side of sweet potato fries. The kids working there were polite, confirmed that was the correct price and yes that it was absurd. Let's give PT's another try I thought.

This was probably a record, 3 orders in 4 weeks and they messed up. The owner offered a credit, which I appreciate but I basically told him maybe I'll see him in a year or so. I get it, people are human and make mistakes and there are bigger problems in the world for sure. But we order pretty much the same thing the same way every time and I'm very clear when I order because of the regular issues.

So, back on the back burner they go...
