So, I come to this Carl's Jr about once a month. I usually go through the drive thru and the service is usually quick and spot on. Tonight, I decided to dine in.
After waiting for several minutes at the counter, I finally had to ask the manager who was walking by, is someone going to take my order or should I just go somewhere else? Finally got my order taken, a burger, no cheese, onion rings and small drink.
Got my food, and it came with cheese. I dislike American cheese, so I ALWAYS order no cheese. Also got something else on my burger I didn't order ..the core of the tomato.
The food was mediocre, unhappy with the results; burger not hot, just warm, cheese on it when I requested none, and the core of the tomato. I understand why the drive thru is so quick; because they don't care about the dine in customer. Won't be coming back, not even though the drive thru. Carl would be so disappointed with the service in this particular Carl's Jr 😔
Edit; on a side note, the counter person did ask if I wanted a new burger when I went to get a knife to scrape the cheese off. I told him no for two reasons: I had already waited long enough to order and get my food the first time, and my onion rings would have gotten cold whilst waiting for a new burger.
I should have went to McDonald's and got the big mac I actually wanted. Oh well, next...

I have to say, I'm just used to being disappointed at fast food services just about everywhere, everytime. This experience has me in awe 🤩 I got greeted with much respect, did not rush me, I pulled up to the window, the boy (young man) his name is Joel (I believe, cuz that's what it says on my receipt) The time when I went through was 7:10p.m. Friday may 12th , he gave me eye contact, a smile, and responded to my questions!!! And!! Said "have a nice night." To me !! OMG ! Very respectful !!! The cooks in the back were awesome! My order was right ! It was fresh ! It was placed in the bag very awesome! Thank you so much Joel, and cooks !!! I hope you guys get a bonus or a gift card or something from your manager cuz you guys deserve it big-time . Because of this service, I'll be back to order again . EDIT: 5/28/25 changed. Last 2 times I went just isn't the same. They give me my bag of food, I don't look inside bag and I just leave. I get no ketchup ( I ask for it while ordering) , or napkins, fries aren't the freshest, cheeseburger is always great tho. O well it's my fault I don't double check like you...
Read moreOrdered chicken tenders and they said it would take 5-7 minutes, so I changed my order as they said my sandwich wouldn't take more than 5 minutes explaining to the workers I was in a rush. 10 minutes later, my order still isnt ready, and now I'm not even getting what I came in for, and I am late for my event now. There are 5 workers here, how can they not manage their orders timely? When I asked a worker if it was ready, he said my zucchini hadn't been dropped. I asked why they didnt tell me that would take longer than 7 minutes like he warned me for the tenders. The worker responded "I only have two eyes, I can't keep track of everything". 13 minutes later, I got my "food". The chicken was literally adjacent to inedible, my husband said it tasted like tendons because it was so unreasonably dry. My throat still feels scratchy from the poor excuse of food.
