Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Tolleson

Good evening, The reason for my leaving a review here and not taking the survey is because the receipt given to me was a duplicate and does not contain the 14-digit survey code. I unfortunately have had the worst experience with this specific location (store #1108). I placed my order via the app for convenience. It said 7-9 minutes, so I waited 10 before even heading to the location. By the time I arrived it would have been roughly about 15 minutes since the order was placed. When I get to the window, the young lady proceeds to tell me that the order hadn’t even been started yet and asked that I back up my vehicle because of the timer. I did what she asked. She then comes back to the window asking me to back up again because the timer and she still had to make my shake. I advised I did not want to and that I would just pull around the front and come in the lobby. I waited in the lobby for an additional 10 minutes for my order. As I’m walking out the door, I then realized that I was not given my receipt or any napkins, so I had to go back and ask for it. As for the product quality, very poor. My Pineapple express shake was not mixed properly. and I mean there was syrup in the bottom and the top of it. I moved my straw to the middle of the cup, and it was just vanilla. My Jr Jack bun was rock hard on the bottom. To the point that I took it off and ate it without a bottom bun. As for my snack wrap, I spent almost 20 minutes waiting in my car and inside combined, but yet it was cold. No warmth to it at all. I understand the importance of these surveys for the stores because I have 20+ years under my belt in the industry. But this is one that I could not let go. I will never return to that...

We went this Jack in The Box to try the Jumbo Breakfast Platter and this is what I experienced. The coffee was weak and tasted like dish water. The scrambled eggs were little crumbles. The hash brown was full of grease, so much so that it ozzed out onto the plate. My wife damped hers with a napkin several times to squeeze out the grease, they tasted horrible. Now for the best part. The bacon was not crispie. It was slimy with grease and I threw mine away. It tasted like lard strips. I urge you not to go here. Maybe other Jack in The Boxes are better but the food was all grease and tasted putrid. I am sorry this is perhaps the worst fast food place I have ever eaten at bar none. Stay away.

I am not now nor have I ever worked at a Jack in The Box. McDonald's, Wendies, or Carls Juniors. I have not nor has any of my family worked for any of these places. So this is my advice GO TO MCDONALD'S. the coffee is great and you can get a Latte for less than $3.00 and they are good. The big breakfast with hot cakes is a great deal and everything in the meal is top notch. Even their regular coffee is great. At Jack in the Box my wife had the extreme sausage sandwich. Brace yourself. The sausage was horendous and tasted greasy and had no flavor except for a rancid taste. I tried it and spit it out. If you want to get sick go eat at this JITB, you...

I'm a homeless person again in my life. But that doesn't change that I'm a human being. But if this Jack in the box it doesn't matter. The employees here are some of the rudest I've ever come across. Like right now I watch the employee come out the front door and go back inside. I tried to enter the door is locked. The lobby opens up at 5a.m. so I tried knocking on the door to get their attention. But was basically refused service. Since my Knocks where ignored. Anytime I ask you to use the restroom they are broken. But I have witnessed employees. Tell other customers that they can use them. I don't smoke Blues either. So because I am homeless and having a hard time in life I get treated like a animal. I have not done anything to warrant that kind of behavior. So that is why I am making this post. I love Jack in the box food. But I feel belittled every time I come to this location. To the point I dislike spending money there. But it is the only hot food business that accepts the AZ snap benefits near here. So I am forced to keep accepting the disrespectful behavior. If I want to get hot food near me.. I am so fed up with that I decided to finally post about it. Hopefully things will change at this location....
