If i can give no stars i would!!!! We just left from this restaurant and omg by far this was the worse BK i have ever been too. I have 2 kids okay and of course they are gonna want to be in the play area so we decided we are gonna eat in there. When we sat down first thing i noticed was how dirty it was , the windows had food and juice or soda thrown on it with hand prints and then i notice the wall had food and just gunky food. That's not the worse of it , we then noticed that there was tiny bugs all over the window seal and on the top of the booth of the seat on the walls everywhere im guessing because of how dirty it was. So then i go complain and asked for a refund and they said we had to give our food back in order to get a refund! When my kids and fiance had already started to eat the food.. They wouldn't even give us credit or offer to give us something for the inconvenience. Then i noticed inside the play ground was black gunk all over the slide and steps and the tiny windows. The play area is suppose to be the most sanitized place in the whole restaurant besides the kitchen because of how many kids play in it. I highly doubt that they regularly clean the play area. Worse place to go to if your taking your kids. And they don't make fresh cookies all day! They make 1 batch in the morning. And let them sit there like come on now nobody wants hard cookies that you can barley bite into. So in that saying NOBODY GO TO THIS BK...
Read moreI just finished my awful experience with this Burger King. I love burger kings in general, I go there often. I asked for two sausage croissants and was handed two sandwiches not 15 seconds after I ordered them and wasn’t even told thank you or anything before leaving. I get five minutes down the road and realize that my sandwiches are not sausage and they are freezing cold. I go back up to the window and politely ask that my sandwiches be warm and made with sausage. Again, I get five minutes down the road and my sandwiches are still made with bacon. I went in and asked the woman why this keeps happening and she didn’t seem remorseful at all. She just excused it and said mistakes happen. She then asked me if I wanted my money back. I told her no, I’m hungry and I have wasted this much time waiting for my sandwiches so I would like my sandwiches. So they had to make six sandwiches in order to get my two sandwiches right. It made me very upset because she acted like she didn’t care at all about what happened and that she had wasted so much of my morning. And she didn’t even say sorry even after I asked her to. Her name is Maria, she should really be taught some better customer service manners, because I almost never get angry with people in customer service and I felt that I had no other choice in this scenario. Read moreWe went to the drive-through to order a food repeater order several times when we pulled up to the window to, and we asked the representative to repeat our order. When she repeated our order, and we told her it was wrong, and then we repeated to her 33 times that’s why we asked her to repeat her at the window. She became condescending and offensive when I asked to speak to the manager she said her name is Alexis and she is the manager. And I said to her she has no customer service skills was rude and abrupt, and all we asked us to do was to repeat the order because we had repeated to her three times and she was getting it wrong. She didn’t like the fact that we were given a criticism based upon our order was wrong. It was way too much that she had repeated and we were not gonna pay extra for food that we did not order . We left without taking our food without pain and Val never to go back to that Burger King or even Burger King in general. Every time we go that we have a horrible customer service, and even though it’s around the corner from our house, we were journey further away if we go to Burger King again.
