Burger King — Restaurant in Tomball

I have been here 3 times. Customer service is atrocious. The first 2 times went through drive through. Lady got frustrated both times simply cause I asked for some time to see the menu. Never really liked Burger King. Wanted to stop by, and get something quick on the way home. So I don't know what they offer. When I was ready to order asked me If I could give her 5 minutes til she was ready. It was early in the morning no one was in drive through but me. Also the parking lot was empty. So I didnt see why she needed 5 minutes. I just said okay waited exactly 5 minutes. Asked if she was still busy she said yes I could use another 5 minutes. Now I felt like she was being outrageous. Didnt say anything just waited to order which took 20 minutes for 1 bacon king large combo. Another time I dined in I asked the lady what are the options for the 2 for 6 special. She just rolled her eyes, and said it with a deep accent could barely understand her. So I had her repeat herself on a few items to make sure I understood. She had a serious attitude about it. Than after I placed my order I heard her telling her coworker in spanish. That I was being difficult, and I should know what the options are. I happen to know spanish as well. Its hard to understand some of the different dialects. So I prefer to just speak in english which bothered her as well. I feel like all the employees here are very unprofessional, and treat customers very rudely. Im just trying to order my food, and go. If they are having a bad day they need to learn how to separate work, and personal feelings. I really likes the food though. My pregnant wife really likes there chicken fries as well. So unfortunately I have to put up with this nonsense. If your not happy at your job get a better one is all I can say. I can understand if people are being rude to you. Some of the best and freshest tasting Burger King I've ever had. The French fries were hot and crisp with the nice soft fluffy inside Burger Kings fries can be known for. They had a perfect amount of salt to compliment the extra thickness of the fry, something a lot of Burger King places struggle with. The outside of the French fries had wonderful crisp to them. I also got the normal Chicken Fries as well as the Fiery ones. The regular ones had a substantialy better crisp to them than I've gotten used to. I'm used to them being on more of a sort of squishy texture, although that might be due to delivery. Other than that they tasted like the standard delicious Chicken Fries! The Fiery ones on the other hand were exactly how I remember! They really pack quite the punch, which made me have to take my time rating them. Which I enjoy because devoured my 8 regular ones before that like they were nothing! They staff while definitely efficiency, were greatly lacking in the customer service area. They seemed very apathetic and weren't super friendly unlike a lot of the other places I've been to in this area. Which was honestly rather jarring. It's kinda understandable though because just like the Burger King I used to frequent, this one was extremely hot inside! I can only imagine working a whole shift in that heat would make you a bit...

I dont usually do the whole "review" thing, but for awhile now the employees that have been hired to work at this location have turned this place into trash.

-Sit and wait to give your drive through order for 30 mins, just to have to repeat the order again when you finally get to the window. -Online orders being handed away seemingly at random to people who didnt make online orders. -Waiting forever inside after being told your order will be out in a few minutes, just to confirm that your order was given to someone else and you have to wait again. -Ordering and paying extra larger items (fries, drinks, etc) just to be handed a regular sized item and told "that is the large".

This place sucks, because most of the people working there are idiots. I have given this location so many opportunities to come through because I like BK and its the closest one near us, but after today Im not giving them any more of my time and money until the management either replaces the trashy idiot employees with some folks with more than 3 brain cells, or until the management is replaced with people who will fire the idiots screwing everything up.

Thank goodness for Dairy Queen just down the street. At least the workers there dont get confused and overwhelmed when they get more than 4...
