I’m honestly shocked I even have to write this, but my experience at the Seven Brew in Tomball. It was unreal in the absolute worst way possible. I’ve been a faithful customer of Seven Brew for YEARS. This location has always been my go-to, and up until now, I’ve never had a reason to complain. But after what has happened? I don’t even know if I’ll ever come back.
First of all, the drink I was served today was vile. I legitimately wish I was overreacting. It was quite literally the worst coffee I’ve ever had in my life. Something was clearly off, and I seriously almost gagged after the first sip. I had to throw the whole thing away because it was that bad. I’ve had hundreds of drinks from Seven Brew, and nothing has ever come close to being this undrinkable.
And to top it off, the girl who served me (who I’ve never seen before, she had reddish hair, and tattoos, so I’m assuming she’s new) was completely disrespectful. No smile, no basic customer service, just rude and dismissive from the second I pulled up. It was like I was an inconvenience to her for even ordering. Honestly, if this is the kind of attitude Seven Brew is hiring now, it’s a serious problem. She should not be representing your brand, period.
The combination of that awful drink and being treated like that was the final straw for me. I’ve supported this location from the beginning, when it just opened around here, but this experience was so upsetting and disappointing that I’m not sure I can ever go back. Might as well go to an Starbucks and be treated like an human and also have delicious drinks. And what makes it worse is this is the only nearby location. Outrageous.
Seven Brew — you’ve got to do better. One star because I...
Read moreI came in 6-8-25 Sunday morning to try out the “new” spot in Tomball. Everyone is nice, especially the girl who helped take my order, but the problem right out the gate is you can tell they are not experienced coffee drinkers. I placed my order, my wife and child got something as well, and when we got to the window, I received my drink and said “I want to taste test it”, and after my first sip, I told her, “I did not get it the way I wanted, let’s just do an energy drink instead.” I proceeded to hand her my drink back so we can swap it out, but she wanted to charge me for another drink, and almost took my coffee to throw it away! WTH!? I said “don’t I get to swap it out and have something I like, and not have to be charged for another drink?” She acted so confused, and did not want to accommodate. She knew very quickly that I was not happy, but I kept a good attitude, and just told her “that I have never had another business charge a customer for another product/drink/food they were not satisfied with, and then want to throw away the one I just complained about. The first time experience for me, ruined it all. I recommend Perk Beanery or Denovo coffee. They will go over and beyond for you at the window, to make sure it tastes exactly the way you want, and also not charge you AGAIN for something you actually enjoy. Very...
Read moreMy first impression upon seeing this place was wow those lines are long. This must be some absolutely incredible coffee. And turns out the coffee is actually really good. The problem here is not the coffee, it’s the way that this specific location is set up.
There is no way to avoid these long lines given the odd location, but the girls do a great job of taking your order quicky. There just has to be a more efficient way of doing this. The poor girls are outside working in 105° weather taking orders, surely there is a better way. The overly loud pop music is a little annoying. The line moves reasonably fast so don’t be turned off.
The coffee, once again was great. I got a cold brew, but they forgot the foam. For the price a massive drink is somehow a bargain....
