Seeing the negative reviews doesn’t surprise me, especially for this location. When I first started eating at this establishment, the food was always fresh and hot and customer service was just a great as Chic Fil A. Believe it or not, I would pay the extra money for good service because we can all pay $3 and get chicken from MaDonalds and get nasty attitude. The past few times I gone I have been disappointed. The size of the chicken is SO small. It is the size of maybe 2 nuggets put together. The food hasn’t been as fresh and the soda has been flat, as if nobody has changed the machine for a long time. Paying $28 for 3 platters for everyone to still be hungry is a little crazy. Not to mention the staff has become rude and unfriendly. The one time I went the girl asked me if I wanted a cup holder and I replied, please. She immediately turned around and within ear shot made a joke about me and my reply. I shrugged it off, giving the fact that she was young. But tonight I went and the same rude attitudes continued. The girl snatched my card without making sure my order was correct or stating my total, as they usually do. The other girl came around to hand me my drinks and straws. She acted as if her arm couldn’t leave her hip, forcing me to get half way out of the car. She didn’t even offer a drink carrier. The other girl then handed me back my credit card and my food, doing exactly what the other review stated, she practically tossed the bag and slammed the window as if we were a bother to her. As a customer nobody wants to feel unwelcomed. This type of behavior Is not what I expect from an establishment like this one and it’s...
Read moreFood was good, but the service is greatly lacking. Took my child here to dine-in and wished we had gone through the drive-thru instead. None of the staff were friendly or personable at all. Not a single smile on any of their faces, even when I tried to express gratitude towards them for their assistance. Also, the cashier messed up my order and left off one of my side dishes, and I'm fairly certain she realized it too because when the receipt had printed, she stared hard at it for a few moments before handing it over to me. However, instead of correcting her own error, she chose to keep quiet and hope that I didn't notice. I eventually did notice when I didn't receive my side when my name was called to pick-up my order, which prompted me to take a closer look at my receipt. Since they didn't charge me for it, I chose not to make a big deal about it since I had received everything else. I was also disappointed to discover that this restaurant does not offer free WiFi. Oh well, at least we can count on the quality of the food to be consistent, but other than that, the customer service at this location is non-existent. I will probably return via drive-thru, but I definitely won't be...
Read moreThis is the slowest Raising canes drive through I've ever been to. I've been to quite a few locations because it's one of my daughters favorite foods. Usually I go to cypress and order same thing, a three pice with crispy fries. Most places are handing my food before I can put my debit card back in my wallet. At this location I sat for what felt like 5 minutes while 4 girls chit chat inside window. Drive thru was initially empty when I pulled in. Then a car pulled up behind me and the girl asked me to move to parking spot, I responded I'd rather not. She initially said "because your order is too long we are asking you to park. I mentioned, you think one 3 piece is a long order? So she told another girl which I assume is the manager. Other girl says "because you ordered crispy fries it's going to take time". I responded just give me my oder without the crispy fries. The whole purpose of the drive through is so that I don't have to park. Why should I move to reset your timer for being unprepared. Perhaps the chit chatting when you are supposed to be working has something to do with being unprepared. No need to respond, I don't want your free food. Do better...
