Bout Time Pub & Grub Tooele — Restaurant in Tooele

We decided to check this place out in hopes of having a new place for group dinners once a month. We were worried about seating as the parking was packed, but there were quite a few tables available.

Upon entering we found it bright, clean and spacious but also really loud, I think the patrons were fighting against the volume of the tvs, well the one tv that had sound but you couldn't hear what was said.

We ordered our beers, they were great and cold. Then we ordered 3 items that they are known for, Irish nachos, Monte Cristo and jalapeño poppers. They were out of the poppers, but the nachos arrived quickly. However, they were burnt and some sort of other burnt item was in there, when I say burnt I mean BURNT the chips were dark brown! I dug thru and found a few that were ok, maybe 5 chips.

About 10 minutes later the Monte Christo arrived, the fries were the same burnt dark brown, the sandwich was burnt and the jam was probably stored in the container for quite a while as it congealed into a solid chunk.

We finished our drinks and got the check, I advised the waitress of our complaints and apologized as I know it's not her fault. Also apparently you are forced to leave a 20% tip. Then went somewhere else to eat and yes Macdonalds was better.

I hope the kitchen improves and the noise resolves. Maybe I'll give them a chance, but not for a long...

I've had great food at multiple Bout' time locations. This location makes the bare minimum effort in making a good burger, but the service is why I am leaving a review, the service is absolutely horrendous, they act like you're not there, you sit yourself "I think" but they make it your decision by not showing any interest to a customer just walking in. So after 30 mins of waiting at a table, you probably will try to get their attention. I've been here twice since the opening and have been absolutely ignored both times. I see now this might be a game or trick that the waiting staff plays that will make you feel stupid or entitled for even trying to call attention to yourself, but then when they finally acknowledge that you are there, they will act like it is an extreme inconvenience that you tried to get their attention for a drink, but if you ask for food after that, I'd be surprised if you can even get the wait staff to look at you let alone bring you a check to just leave. I was a big supporter of Bout' Time, but the way this location can ignore every customer that I've seen walk in, it's bout' time I never return to any of...

I recently visited this incredible bar in tooele that left me thoroughly impressed. The atmosphere was inviting, and the cleanliness stood out immediately. The staff was exceptionally friendly, making the entire experience enjoyable.

Now, let's talk about the food – outstanding for a bar! Each dish was a delight, showcasing a perfect blend of flavors. Stuffed Jalapeños are the best! Followed by the French dip! Yum! The menu offered a variety that catered to different tastes, and the presentation was top-notch.

However, the real gem of this establishment is the bartender, Bam. Her expertise in mixology and friendly demeanor elevated the entire evening. Her drink recommendations were spot-on, and she added a personalized touch to the experience. She made me laugh the whole time! Really created an experience.

In summary, this bar and restaurant not only delivers exceptional cleanliness and friendly service but also boasts a menu that will satisfy any palate.
