It was awkward right from the get, upon walking in.. The hosts were very unprofessional looking, it was like walking Into a circus, just goofy colored hair, messy, frumpy. It wasn't a good look. Mind you I used to be a restaurant manager, and it definitely felt like a fastfood joint with a bunch of highschool kids who crawled out of hot topic, and not a sit down restaurant for adults. The lady who walked in behind us, looked around and had the same "what did I walk into" face on her as my husband did. Then it just kept getting worse, they had several open tables, all dirty, so we waited. Then they walked us across the restaurant to an open table, where they couldn't seat us, because it too was dirty. They walked us all the way back weaving through employees and waiters, to the front and finally found a clean table. By then my Husband wanted to leave. I convinced him to stay. We ordered food, got drinks, and when it came out we had no napkins, had to wave the waitress down. Half way through our meal, both our drinks were empty, no waitress to be found. Then a group came in that apparently we're friends with the staff, low and behold our waitress appeared, with her back to us.. then 3 employees were standing there talking to the table of people who came in and still no one even looked over to bring us any drinks, we gave up. She walked away, and finally came back by, where we had to ask for boxes, and the check. Still never offered to refill our very empty drinks. We must have sat there for 20 minutes with nothing to drink. I was really looking forward to Chili's opening, and was supposed to be going with some friends in a week to have dinner there. And my Daughter's birthday she wanted to go to Chili's in 2 weeks. My friends and I will not be doing our dinner plans at Chili's, and my daughter has decided we'll go somewhere else for her birthday. After the 1:30pm, on a Monday, Lunch fiasco, my husband and I experienced, I don't know if or when we'll ever be back. I'm pretty sure this is the only time I've ever had any problems at a Chili's in my life. I've never been so disappointed in a...
Read moreWent to Chili’s tonight for my husband birthday we joined the waitlist and where told 20 mins and we were totally fine with that and went to wait in the car 30+ minutes go by and we still have not received a text so we go in to check as it seems most of the people waiting had been seated. We asked where we were in line and they told us originally that we were not on the list then what looks to be a manage with dark blonde hair in a pony tail tells the other hostess that we didn’t follow the policy and were taken off the wait list and passed up. She was extremely rude and unprofessional and not even a simple I’m sorry this happened was offered from here she was very inconvenienced by us just wanting a table! Thank goodness after this rough start to our first time here everyone else was extremely kind and our server...
Read moreOrdered the rack of ribs the sauce was delicious but the meat was so dry we couldn't cutit and had to tearit off the bones and so dry we could hardly swallow it. When we told our server all he said was I'll let the cook know. The Mac and cheese, the sauce was runny and noodles way under cooked and again told what we believe was a manager he said that's not our fault we get them from the factory in a bag and just put the bag in boiling water to heat it up. The fries were the only thing we got that was worth eating good fries. They didn't even try to fix anything. We each ate one rib didn't eat the Mac & cheese we pay 26 dollars for fries and 2ribs basically. We took the ribs home thinking some there would eat them maybe but no after one bite in the trash they went. Needless to say we will not...
