Usually it’s good but this last time was awful. Worst service I’ve ever received at a restaurant.
We were told it would be an 8 minute wait for our food, which was fine. After 20 we asked where our order was and told them to just swap out the chicken we were waiting on for teriyaki chicken instead because then we could go. We waited longer then they came back and said “oh, well actually we don’t have the vegetables that you wanted cooked so you’ll have to wait for them or swap it out. We were told it would be 3 minutes. They offered to write our names down in their book for a free meal next time and we said sure.
We waited 10 more minutes and I finally went up to ask about it and they looked so confused and she hadn’t even started making the veggies yet. We asked to just change to rice and chow mein thinking that would speed the process along and get us out of there. We sat at the front for 10 more minutes watching everyone else get served before us despite being there for 40 minutes. Eventually the cashier had to tell her again to rush our order and get it to us.
By the time we walked out, most of our food had sat around since we ordered it at 5:12 and was cold and disgusting. We didn’t even eat it. We were disappointed in the lack of urgency and care, especially since I had to talk to them 3 different times to get anything done and by the last 15 minutes we were standing at the front watching everyone get served before us. We left at 5:57, 45 minutes after we paid. Our mushroom chicken didn’t have any chicken on it, the rice was undercooked, and everything was cold. Read moreI hate leaving negative reviews and always try to give the benefit of the doubt, but 3 times in a row and I’ve learned my lesson. First time the fried rice was under or over cooked, not sure which, it was still hard to the point I couldn’t eat it. No biggie, mistakes happen. Couple weeks later we order again, same rice issue and bad service this time, we had to order out only due to COVID. I placed the order online for pick up at 8:00, I arrive at 7:50 and waited until 830 to even be greeted. They are busy, I get it. So I wait, listening to the guy ahead of me complain he’s been waiting for 1.5 hours. Yikes, I think to myself, maybe he should have ordered online.... I was wrong, he did. I end up getting my food after 9. No big deal they were busy, it’s a crazy time... I get it. She was rushed and not very friendly... again it’s a crazy time so I get it. Today was my kicker. My kids ask for panda, so I attempt to order online for 25 minutes with no success. I arrive at 7:40; A lady comes to the door and asks for my name. I explain I was not able to order online, and am I able to order now and wait at the door. She says that’s because online ordering has ended for the day. She says, we are closing in 10 minutes. Oh I thought you closed at 8:30, that’s what it said online. As I’m looking at the door that clearly says 8:30. No, she answers. Read moreI placed an online order last evening because I was in a rush to get to a soccer game and wanted to ensure I got my food in a timely manner. I asked for a specific time and received a confirmation email. I arrived at the restaurant five minutes past the reservation time ( to give them extra time) and went up to the cashier to let them know my name, and that I was waiting for a mobile order in a friendly tone. The cashier was less than friendly and told me that I needed to wait and they were working on orders. There were a few of us waiting for mobile orders however very few ,if any , were actually in the in store line which would indicate extra time for the workers to get mobile orders done. The workers appeared to be working to get orders done. I waited an additional 15 minutes with no order in sight . I asked the cashier if she knew if my order was even in the process of being made. She appeared to look, but then continued to do her job and didn’t even respond to me. I told her I had to leave , again no response. I ended up leaving to go to the soccer game (and got there late due to waiting 20 minutes)with no food and 3 hangry children. I also lost out on the money because the cashier would barely give me attention. I was really frustrated because of the lack of communication, the attitude of the cashier, and the wait time.
