They have much improved since they opened a nice selection of donuts. Good pizza i’m moving them up from three stars to five stars

First time I came to get donuts early in the morning there were 2 choices maple or Carmel long johns or chocolate cake donuts the girl told me that was all they were gonna do that day. Those wouldn’t do so I had to go to Dunkin’ Second time kitchen was down so no donuts. Now I understand opening pains it has been just under 2 weeks since you have been open. I will be checking in periodically to see if we can get these stars up. But so far it is slow going. The problems I listed haven’t been the only ones. Maybe you opened just a little to fast. Update. Store was clean. Gas pumps were working again. Didn’t have time to check out the donuts situation but I will do that next time. Beware when ordering their pizza online. I ordered two pizzas online this evening and the order was supposed be ready in 19 minutes. We arrived more than ten minutes late to make sure they had adequate time because we've had issues before. Upon arrival, I was told it would be at least 30 more minutes because there were other customers on-site waiting for their pizzas who had ordered before us and that they had not even started making yet. According to the manager, the corporate office started a new "guaranteed" time for your pizza when ordering online. The problem is corporate doesn't know how many orders there are, or doesn't account for them, so there can be more orders than can be completed in the allotted time given. If you don't want to end up waiting in a parking lot for an extended period for your "guaranteed" pizza, I would just...

I was there around 1230 on 6/29. They only had ones cashier working the other was collecting trash in the parking lot. There were about 15 people in line while the cashier struggled with lottery ticket cash out and selling. The manager came out of her office long enough to see the line grab cash from the other register then go back to her office. The lady behind me in line called the store but talked to the guy making pizza. He told her it isn't the manager's job to run the register. This was the most pathetic customer service/leadership at a Casey's I've ever experienced. The one cashier did all the manager for help but the manager just blew her off to get back to her office as soon as possible.
