Burger King — Restaurant in Topeka

Was going to use my phone app for Breakfast discount. Was a meal for 2 with 2 coffees. Asked if I could trade the 2 coffees for a soft drink. Front counter staff asked someone in back if it was OK. Got approved. Asked for senior discount she said no. I stated I always get it at the 2 other stores. She got agitated and raised her voice to me. We proceeded with the order and it came out to $6.77. I asked why On the $5 deal and she again agitated said I had to Charge me for the south drink. I said that was a fine deal denied the senior discount and wanted to double dip by charging for the soft dink when I was giving up the coffee she got very agitated and started screaming at me to get out. I think the person coming from the back was the manager and came up front also screaming to gettttt out of his store. Not using the cuss words he used. VERY unprofessional and poor customer service. I been in customer service all my career and even work in a Burger stand early in my life. I would never dream of treating a customer like they did. Maybe they someday they will understand that customers are the reason...

I went through the drive thru at about 8:30pm on Wednesday the 5th. Previously I was sitting with my sister in the ER in St. Francis campus Hospital, needless to say it was a very bad day. I was dreading the hour .drive home when I stopped at BK. The wonderful girl at the drive thru had no idea everything I had been through previously but her kindness just touched me deeply! She was very efficient and professional but most of all she had a way about her that was so uplifting and generous. I don’t find this quality in very many people that work in fast food. I hope the managers of this Burger King realize the worth in this beautiful soul. Random acts of kindness can make a bad day bearable I wished I would have known her name so that the managers of this facility could let her know how much she is valued! I hope she gets a raise or something because finding employee's like this is a rarity now...

The beef patty has gotten a lot thinner. There is way too much bread for this burger. The majority of the time whatever I order, it is the right temperature. There’s times my onion rings are soft when they should be crispy. It has changed a lot since I was a teenager working at BK. The food was so much better back then.

Service has always been real good.

On more than one occasion, my tray is greasy like it was today. Grosses me out. You know they were not washed properly.
