Went through the drive through to order food. No one behind us or in front of us. Asked for no tomato on a tuna sandwich. Got to the window and they told us they were out of celery for the tuna. No big deal. Told them that was fine, we didn’t need to have celery. Paid for the food. And then they asked us to pull forward and park in front of the building. So we park right in front of the door. Another two vehicles went through the drive through, appearing to have received their orders, a worker left (I assume to go to a different store to get ingredients they were missing) and a family of four went inside. trying to be patient but enough was enough, after 20 minutes of waiting finally decided to go inside and see what was taking so long. Read moreCame here to get some sandwich's at 8:15pm, almost an hour before closing time, in drive thru and sat at the box for 5 mins with no one saying anything or asking me anything so I decided to drive around and as I do both employees are standing at the drive thru window with no headset on so I drove all the around to the box again hoping one of the 2 idiots would common courtesy of putting a head set and again nothing for another 5-10 mins so I left again but this time both of the employees decided to go hide so they wouldn't be seen. Read moreThis was the worst experience I've ever had with Jimmy Johns.... hopefully it was just this location. Ordered 4 sandwiches, 2 were completely wrong, 3 1 had maybe 1 slice of meat in it, 2 were about an inch around (NOT joking) and we got an extra sandwich while we were missing a bag of chips. Save yourself time and find someplace else to eat.
