I recently had an amazing experience at Scooter's Coffee, and I must say, their service was truly exceptional. Typically, I order through their app for convenience, but this time I made a mistake and selected the wrong location. It was entirely my fault, but instead of being told to drive across town to pick up my order, the staff at Scooter's Coffee went above and beyond to assist me.

The level of customer service I received was outstanding. They were incredibly understanding and took care of the situation with no hassle on my end. It was refreshing to encounter a team that genuinely cared about their customers and was willing to go the extra mile to ensure a positive experience.

One thing that brings me joy every time I visit Scooter's Coffee is seeing how excited my furry friends get when we pull into the drive-thru. The staff is always so kind and thoughtful, providing pup cups for my dogs. They go crazy with happiness, and it's heartwarming to witness such a small gesture that brings so much joy to my pets.

I love this place, especially since they are giving out their great coffee for free for the whole month of September! The staff is very friendly & upbeat; the building, signage, lawn & insides is beautiful & sparkling! Had to repeat our order twice, because she wasn't able to ring us at the window and she didn't say anything about it until after we made our order, then had to holler our order across the shop, while she rung it up.
