We ordered 2 spaghetti plates and 1 chicken pizza with no onions. Waited 20 minutes for the food. When the food came out, there was only 1 spaghetti plate and the pizza had onions. We brought this to the waiters attention. She said we'd have to wait for the other plate to be made as well for pizza to be remade. We were super hungry so we told her it'll be too long of a wait and we were too hungry. We took the onions off the pizza but it still tasted like we hadn't taken them out. The pasta that did arrive was good. We arrived during happy hour, which meant personal sized pizzas were $6. We were having a hard time deciding what toppings to get so the waitress suggested we upgrade to a larger pizza and get half and half for only $2.50 more! We thought it was a great deal ($8.50 for a pizza during happy hour!) We took her up on the offer. When we got the bill, we found out we were paying $22.50 for a pizza with only 6 slices! ( don't forget they also made the pizza WRONG!) Crazy how it would have been way cheaper to each get our own personal sized pizza for only $6 EACH vs getting a large for $22.50! We were blindsided. After we payed, i spoke to the manager and brought everything up to her and let her know dissatisfied we were. She offered to adjust the bill and take 20% off plus remake the pizza at no extra charge for the next time we decide to dine in. We decided it was a good offer despite having our experience ruined. Fast forward 6 days later. The 20% adjustment never went through, so we decided to stop by to see when we would expect that refund to get returned to us. And to claim the pizza remake. They told us that the refund is not immediate and we had to keep waiting until it showed up. (I guess 5 business days was not enough time) and they refused to make the pizza because they didn't recall us going in and didn't know if we had already claimed it the same day the issue arrose. Overall, really bad experience. Would not recommend to come here. My family came in for dinner and my son and BF ordered their usual which is the rib eye steak. Delicious! I had their Cobb salad which was good. Anyways , we're basically done with our dinner when we hear the female adjacent to us complain about her pizza. She asks for the manager which came out and was the most pleasant and polite manager I've ever heard speak! She complained about the pizza not having cheese or her crust (really?!) And other things she thought were wrong. He graciously asked for the opportunity to make her a new one. He even explained how they used real mozzarella cheese and that it is spread evenly. Nonetheless he tried every which way possible to make it right. This young girl was so rude and would not have it! As much as he apologized and kept trying to please her she was so snobby and rude you can tell she was an entitled brat! I refrained from throwing my drink at her! The way this gentleman manager handled her is beyond me. I truly wanted to stand up and clap after he walked away. His customer service was beyond anything I've ever experienced or witnessed! I already loved CPK but this experience just made it so much better! I just feel bad for the girl's Male companion. He kept his head down the entire time as if he was embarrassed. Poor guy. Read moreIm a regular customer for CPK. I come once a week and today i came with my family and ordered what we usually order. Our waiter, Rebecca, took our order and provided us very good service. It was all good until our orders came in. I ordered a Salmon and requested it to be plain because of health issues. When the salmom came, it wasnt plain and had seasoning which i couldnt eat. She took back the plate and apologize for the inconvience. A few minutes later, one of the managers came to our table and apologize for the inconvience once again. He explained a new order was being made and will come out as soon as it can. I said okay and waited for my order. My kids were almost done with their plates by the time my order came out. I was just about finished eating when the check came and she said they took the salmon off the check for the inconvience.I thanked her and told her it was okay. Its services like this that make our trip here great. We're never treated badly and always have great services whenever we come. The waiters, TJ and Jacob, are our personal favorites. The only thing i would appericate more though is that the waiters and chefs take more precaution on making food without certain ingredients. This isnt the first time its happen as well.
