This is prob the worst drive thru experience I've ever had...sitting at the speaker for about 5 minutes...no one's talking...no one came out to manually take my order...just let me sit there while the cars behind me stacked up...i kept saying "hello anyone there?"...at first I figured maybe they're busy inside so waited patiently...eventually it was ridiculous and cars in line started honking...so I drove up to the window...there were plenty of employees inside even tho it was around 10pm...girl comes to window doesn't apologize doesn't explain anything has a idgaf look on her face, so I got kinda pissed and asked what happened? She said there's a Mic problem...oh yah? then why didn't one of the 7 or 8ppl come out to facilitate the drive thru line?? Was there a camera problem too? They didn't see the several cars stacking up or they didn't care? I love the chicken here and everything else was closed in the area so this was pretty much the only option...with service like this next time I'd rather starve....they really made me angry esp because of the attitude of their employees...

Ordered a double chicken tostada with Mexican vinaigrette with avocado and a shredded chicken quesadilla with no cilantro and no tinga. The quesadilla came with NO chicken of any kind. Apparently, ordering no tinga means no chicken, it that isn’t explained anywhere. Paid the full-bore price, however. Not sure to blame the restaurant or the app. This order was placed on an extremely hot evening (9/6) and my home has no A/C. I was hoping for a nice cool salad, only to find it was warm, or some might consider hot. I put my infrared thermometer on it and it read 83 degrees. Even the dressing was warm. Also, it came with the cilantro lime dressing not the vinaigrette. The cashier was very nice, however. Not my best experience with this...

Once the lady handed me my items, I asked for the soda in my order... at which the lady told me "I don't get a soda with my order!!" That "it wasn't in my order! To show her my receipt!" I handed it right to her which included, bingo, the soda!!! SMH!!!
She did not apologize. All she said was "she didn't know what kind of soda, how could she know!!" Really lady?? Read the screen!!!
