Habit Burger & Grill — Restaurant in Torrance

Finally went to this new Habit location in Torrance which turned out to be a pleasant experience, overall. This location is new and expansive and a welcome if it's hot outside which it intolerably was! AC was pumping and it was so cool, comfy and roomy that I was hesitant to leave. The restroom was super clean and the entire restaurant was super immaculate. My double char looked awesome and tasted so. My only gripe was the $1.25 you're charged for every side of ranch (i guess that's the penance one pays for a future heart attack.) Food was great, that melted, oozing cheese. For the price though I could have went across the way to Gaetano's and had a real drink while I was at it. Whatever, Habit has a sumptuous, tasty burger that satiates pretty good. Great, clean...

I had a disappointing experience with The Habit Burger Grill due to incorrect hours listed on Google. The restaurant’s listing says they close at 11 PM, so I planned a visit only to find the location already closed. It’s frustrating that a large chain like this would have such an oversight. To make matters worse, when I called the listed phone number, the automated message confirmed that they were closed—yet the Google listing still says they’re open until 11.

These are small details, but they make a big difference to customers who plan visits based on the posted information. Please update your hours to reflect accurate closing times so people don’t make the trip expecting the restaurant to be open. This is essential for customer satisfaction and trust...

Horrible overall experience, our orders are wrong, chocolate shake is just sweet I think they forgot the chocolate, one of our Burgers end up having mayo & tomato when the order was specifically w/o , the side order of salad become a full salad order, I have to check why people before us already have their food, apparently Kaitlyn gave us the wrong pager, I told kitchen Mgr that our food must be already cold, she said it just got there( it was on the far end of the counter). a lot of empty condiments, and mixed tea, trash are full, almost overflowing.
