Their menu is overwhelming. Lots of options and flavors. They do get very busy, especially at night. What I didn't like was the workers and customer service. They messed up on my order on 2/3 items. I wanted "matchata" which is matcha with horchata. Instead, he rung it up as "dirty horchata" which is espresso with horchata. No big deal. Next, I ordered four "single" macaroons. He wrote down all the four flavors I wanted, but only charged me for one. I didn't notice until 10 mins later when they called our number, then told us to meet him at the register. But they didn't bother telling the next customer in line that they're fixing our receipt so he thought we were cutting in this busy, small store. (Which made my boyfriend feel bad because the guy was like "excuse me"? Like he was entitled to be next, but anyway....) They charged us for three more macaroons. But didn't give us our old receipt back. They only gave us the new receipt with the three macaroons. The reason why this is important is because as we finally got our drinks, we asked for the macaroons. We showed her our new receipt (as if she couldn't look at the old one?) She said it only showed 3, but then the guy who fixed our receipt told her it's four. She proceeded to grab the four macaroons we ordered, but got us the wrong flavors. Well, she got 3/4 right, and gave us a random flavor instead of the matcha (which was the one I wanted the most). I was like bruh you didn't give me matcha. And she looked at me weird and was like can I see your receipt? And I was like you guys took it. So she proceeded to look at the pile of receipts that she had, I mean, she just looked at it to get me my macaroons, it was right there. And sure enough, it said matcha macaroon. And their mess ups weren't just us. Many customers had to point out missing items on their receipt. This one couple who was there longer than us was still waiting for their basic milk tea (probably because they missed that item). And they also had to ask for the macaroon that they ordered. The people working there are slow and incompetent. Terrible...
Read moreSo I had a bad experience here with 2 of the girls that work here.. first girl is Leera and the other is the lead Tiffany Rivas. I went to buy Boba Like I always do and it came out to 28.00 but when I checked my bank account , I was charged 32.20. When I called to ask about it Leera got really nervous and said I'm not sure what happend.. and to call our bank .. so when we called our bank , the bank confirmed that there is 15% tip pending from this place! First of all Leera did not give us the option to not give a tip.. she tipped her self! So I call back to tell them about it and Tiffany Rivas answer and was acting really rude .. did not know how to handle the situation.. acting really snotty .. I asked for that tip back since I never authorized it.. she said I pressed the button.. and they are just high school kids there.. well shame on you Boba time for not training your little students correctly.. im a customer and this was an unauthorized transaction. She called me a name and should be fired.. she does not know how to talk professionally and laughed at the me saying poor old man .. crybaby and other words.. i will call her boss Page! And her Corp on this.. dont go here if you want to be over charged! And B.S. to.. its only 4.20. 15% tip but it's the principal .. she should never tip her self.. check the cameras.. my order # was 305 ... oh and another thing it smells like dirty doritos in this place.. restroom is always clogged.. they are really...
Read moreDarn! It's Boba Time did not fulfill my Boba craving. The menu offers an array of choices that covers everyone's particulars. In addition to beverages, they offer macarons and pre-made crepe cake slices. I ordered several drinks, Taro, Thai Tea, and two Tiger Milk Teas (I think that was the name). I also ordered two Vanilla macarons, two rosewater macarons, and one hazelnut macaron. The macarons were very hard and tasted like they might have been there for a while. They were not fresh and pretty much not eatable, so, unfortunately, I had to just throw them away. The Taro drink was ok, the Thai Tea was OK the Tiger Milk Tea tasted like pure milk, I didn’t really get anything but milk, so it wasn’t good. I did try to drink some of it just because I didn’t want to waste it, but my husband was not having it; he did not like it at all. The Boba itself was pretty tasty; it actually tasted fresh and had a sweetness to it. That was really the only good thing. I was disappointed and most likely will not...
