The lady at the counter is very rude and unhelpful. She gave us baguettes when we wanted croissants. The baguette was hard and very crunchy. The cheese was not melted or even warm. It was right out of the refrigerator. The sandwich was very dry. No condiments on it whatsoever. Just hard bread, with what appeared to be some quickly microwaved bacon and ham and of course, the cold cheese. When we tried to have the sandwiches re-made, she got smart and stated that we should have known that #82 was not a croissant, but a baguette order. Excuse me, but, you are the business owner so you're the one whose supposed to Make the suggestions, explain your menu and be clear that we are both on the same page on what your are preparing and charging me for. For those reasons, we definitely will NOT be back. I could have waited until I got home and did better. I can not and will not do business with someone who won't right their wrong or at least give me the benefit of the doubt. We weren't asking for a refund, just a different sandwich on the preferred bread of our liking. Do yourself a favor and try the Starbucks that's right next door. Huge difference in customer...

Wow. I would not recommend this location. This is the most rundown I've seen a Lee's. The tables and chairs look like they're cleaned once a day or less They are storing what looks like cardboard boxes that belong in the trash in the dining area One of the workers made a "mistake" and the owner began to berate her in front of customers and blame her for always screwing up. Turns out she did not make a mistake. She merely forgot that she had set food for a customer under the heat lamp so it wouldn't get cold. He did not stop berating her Both of our sandwiches were probably the worst put together sandwiches out of any Lee's in the world. Missing ingredients, all the ingredients to one side of the sandwich. You wouldn't believe the onion situation if I typed it out. When we walked in, there was some high school kid trying to 'peacock' with his shirt off, apparently to impress his male friends. As we left, after waiting 20 minutes and being the only order in work, the owner continued talking down to and berating the worker.

Stay away from this...

What a disappointment. I've been buying baguettes for a while now and last week I was given a "bat." I ordered 3 and I noticed that were hard. I told the girl and she offered to warm it up. I agreed. When I arrived home, it was hard as a rock. They were not fresh. I took them back and I had to call the owner as the girl told me she couldn't refund me without his authorization. I called him and he told me to tell the girl to give me soft ones and that the ones I got were "crunchy." I told him that they were not crunchy! They were hard as a rock and he hung up on me. Upon waiting for my money back, I noticed how dirty everything is. The dining area looks like a storage. The end of the kitchen tile is dirty. The only girl working there was handling money and food without washing her hands. So sad they don't maintain the store clean to ensure no one gets sick. I hope they clean it up and stop selling hard as "baseball...

Fast service and good quality Parking can get squeezy due to Starbucks next door. Staff seem cool Menu is simple yet delicious There is a good selection of side items that can be paired with a meal to choose. Drinks are super yummy and fun to select. Place is well kept. Nice SOCAL super local chain Good sized seating area is offered. Take away is also offered. Mr. Lee is super awesome and you have to meet him some time soon .

Best place to get Vietnamese sandwich. Only wish there was little more meat but otherwise good balance of veggies to meat. The bread is perfect and let's you know why everyone stands in line during peek hours. ATM inside just in case. They also serve an empanada like pastry that comes in either pork or chicken filled -they're warm and delicious.

Vietnamese fusion sandwiches interspersed with pickled vinegar carrots, daicon, cilantro and spicy bite. Tasted the BBQ cha siu pork, which I would recommend. Will be returning to savor other options. Small place with a few tables for seating. Friendly staff taking order.
