AWFUL CATERING EXPERIENCE. The business owner Susanne will ignore you and any attempted requests to address customer service issues.
I paid a $1500+ catering invoice for my baby shower last May, and the day of the event was poorly executed. (Server was not prepared to manage the event on her own, table settings were not set at time of event, family needed to step in a help support/ set-up, coffee machine was broken, missing utensils, no final receipt or invoice provided.)
After my event, Susanne (business owner) called me to inform me an extra charge that was needed to be applied to my credit card, and at that time i shared my concerns about the poor catering service during my event. —She agreed to look into the matter and call me back to further discuss. We even set a time to follow up (Wednesday at noon). She never called me back at our agreed time or returned my calls or attempts to contact her. Im still shocked— SO unprofessional of a business owner to agree to “look into the matter”, set a time to call back, and NEVER call and proceed to then ignore from there on out. This business clearly doesn’t not value customers experience or service.
I wish I could order from here again but experience with the business owner was terrible — you would think she would care about customers willing to pay $1500+ for catering service for a private event for 40 people, but this experience is...
Read moreIt's my first time here. I ordered half a sandwich with their grill3d chicken salad, soda and a lemon bar. Lemon bar isn't too sweet & taste like it was just made 30 mins ago. The sandwhich I ordered is cold sandwich so there's really nothing much to say about that lol, but they do serve hot sandwhiches. I came here to try their chicke. sandwich and boy it did not disappoint! Their salad tastes super fresh and the dressing although very tasty, isn't heavy and does not overpower the freshness of the vegetables in the salad. The cashier lady who helped me was so kind and helped with a big smile on her face. I love it here! I will be a regular customer!

Read moreLisa's needs to get their act together behind the counter. Their customer service was awful and they had no control over the people coming in the side door, including grubhub. They resorted to shaming customers. My first time there was this week. It will also be my last time. I had my elderly mother and aunt with me. They were not impressed. I didn't even stay to order. I have seen the business in the area for years, but never knew how chaotic making sandwiches and soup had become. The "CDC" should not be an excuse for bad manners and poor service.
