McDonald's — Restaurant in Torrance

This was my experience that day. I love how fast they are and the food is always fresh! it's the only McDonald's in the area and drive thru is super busy. And I guess my breakfast order was a big order that they had me pull into the number one slot which makes me feel they're going to forget me because they have to come from the middle of the drive-thru line, and also they forgot one item and he had to go back and get it.

I feel it needs to be reconfigured or something I don't know what the solution is but people traveling southbound on Crenshaw want to make a right into that first driveway instead of entering from the 182nd drive-thru line.. to be disappointed and I seen angry because there's already a line forming for the drive-thru from 182nd, and no one like cut ins...then some one is nice and let's them in and then holds up the line. Suggestion? maybe the driveway by the drive-thru exit needs to have signs there? That it's only an exit? Also and when you're entering into the start of the drive-thru in the back of McDonald's from the 182nd side line formation , people, including me, tend to veer left and they always hit the curb on the McDonald's side because the pole on the right side is deceiving and makes you swing wide so therefore people are so tailgating that the car that hits the curb has to back up almost hitting the vehicle behind them it happens every time I don't go there that often and I forget that I have more room on the right side than I do on the left , because that pole makes it seem like you have to swing wide and then we're hitting the curb on the left hand side on the McDonald's side. This is the McDonald's that's on Torrence Avenue in Torrance before you get to Anza between Prospect and Torrance and Anza this is the worst McDonald's it's a teaching McDonald's half the people don't even know what the hell they're doing I wouldn't go there I would boycott this place I've been there five times and everytime they have screwed up my order they've given me the wrong things they charge me the wrong amount they don't keep Cherry Diet Coke like they advertise their they say they have flavoring inside there's no flavoring it's all a bunch of garbage the management stinks in this one they don't even know what the hell they're doing the management is almost younger than the people that are working there what is going on with McDonald's this is such a beautiful McDonald's and they're ruining it with the people they have working there especially the management that doesn't know what the hell they're doing what happened to corporate are they not watching this and I had the double cheeseburger Smokehouse it wasn't the double cheese burgers Smokehouse they gave me some chicken thing what is wrong with these people if it's training place they're not training right somebody needs to go in there from corporate and put...

I went to order a takeout and used my app to get a free Big Mac- Beside the food that I ordered, I showed the cashier the Free Big Mac promo with a $1 purchase- My other purchase was about $4- Then when I got my order, I did not get my Big Mac and inquired- I had this spanish looking Lady -wearing a Safety vest(working outside?) who gave me an attitude when I inquired about the Free Big Mac- Showed her my app and then she reluctantly picked up the Big Mac and threw it into the bag and just tossed the bag at my direction without any comment and acted that she was Entitled??? Then when I asked her for some condiment- bbq sauce she again almost tossed it at me- What type of customer service are we getting here! I would strongly suggest to others to go to another Mcdonald's as it seem this place the management has not trained their staff with courtesy and patronage. Instead they work with an attitude and seem like they are Entitled? I will take my business to another McDonald's who wants my business and will give me a good customer service experience.
