Starbucks — Restaurant in Torrance

I have gone to this Starbucks a lot. The service is usually spot on, which I find typical for Starbucks. But I have had more than the usual service problems here. Nothing major but just annoying enough that I wonder about the management/training etc. at this location. A couple of examples: Ordered grande americano with 6 shots and cold foam. Was handed a venti cup and I said that's not mine. Was told yes they put in a venti cup to allow for the foam. But there was just a half inch of foam and the cup was otherwise full, so I said I don't want that because the espresso will be too diluted. Was told - it is just a venti cup for foam, otherwise identical. So I gave up and drank it, but I get that drink A LOT and it tasted totally different than usual, and I wanted the usual. Ordered on the app but forgot to push the "order now" button until I was in line at drive thru, so it was ordered right before I got to the speaker. When I got to the pickup window, I was scolded for not ordering earlier because my order was "out of order" with the other mobile orders. What? I was under the impression that one could just place a brand new order at the drive thru speaker - which would have been received even later. I guess the customer is sometimes just wrong at this Starbucks, not "always...

We love this Starbucks.. in a great location near all kinds of stuff you need to do anyway so why not have some great coffee. The staff here keeps the line of cars moving.. efficient service.. your order is ready by the time you pull up. The store itself is on smaller side but newer and very clean and well run. Everyone who drinks coffee or has a face knows what Starbucks is so if you like it you know.. and I love it.. but some locations are faster, cleaner, more convenient and just a little friendlier than the rest.. making this store one of my favorite...

Two days in a row I have bought Carml Frapp and when I go to my house (two blocks away) Carml Flapp tastes like water, today I called and asked to speak to the manager and they told me that the manager was not there and that they did not know what time the manager would arrive, then I asked to speak to a supervisor and when I explained her that the product tasted like water, she replied that it was my opinion that her people were trained to prepare the products correctly, a terrible treatment to the client, I do not recommend buying in this...
