I agree with some of the reviews, especially Emily's. The staff IS very unprofessional..including the manager that was on duty. We will never be back!!! Although we have always loved DD this one was horrible. My husband and I are an older couple and frequent DD's maybe once a week. We recently moved to this area and this one is just managed wrong. We went in and ordered 2 #1 specials, the young male (obviously in training) took our order. It was for 2 coffees 1 hot, 1 Iced both medium with 2 donuts each. I paid and he said to wait at the other counter. He came and brought 2 donuts that we had not ordered. I asked what was in the bag, he said your special donuts. I told him we wanted 2 old fashioned and 2 jelly with our order. He said this is the ones for that special...Since when can't we order the ones we want? Then a heavy set girl who was working drive thru came over and asked what the problem was then said they were out of old fashion and probably had 1 jelly. OK so I choose 2 other kinds. We went back to wait on our coffees and she took the bag the guy had put on the counter with the wrong donuts in it and looked and said there is only 2 donuts in the bag. I said well, he made a mistake as I ordered 2 specials. She got rude and said well you didn't pay for the other 2 donuts, the manager, thinner girl said thats right!!. I looked at my receipt and yes she was right, but by him charging me full price for the iced coffee, it worked out to almost the same money as the special. I took the coffees and bag and went to the table with my husband. I went for some napkins and there weren't any. I asked the young man at the counter for some napkins, he looked around the counter seeminly confused. The manager came over and said they are over there, pointing to the direction of the counter with straws etc. I said there isn't any there, her comment was I'll get them in a minute. This store was not busy at all for 10 am and quite frankly I can see why. This manager and emplyees need a class on being professional!! Read moreI always avoid going to this Dunkin and it's because the staff I get in the drive thru in the am always seems to have an attitude, they don't make small talk, let alone crack a smile. Even when ive literally sat there trying to make small talk, theyve made me feel unimportsnt and an annoyance. I dont know if this goes for everyone, just the two girls i always seem to see. Also, i haven't ever been inside except to use the bathroom so i dont know if it goes for everyone that works there, probably not.

Read moreThis is one of my go to Dunkins. They always get my order right. Usually staff is cheerful and polite, however, it is hit or miss and I can always tell when the employee either loves their job, or dislikes it (that is everywhere though). In the end, I can't complain, I'm not there for anything else besides my coffee. I tip regardless and hopefully that helps out because I know they aren't getting paid as much as they should be.

Yes, it would be nice to have more tables to sit at, but I understand that some people need a chance to truly enjoy their coffee because that may be the best moment of their day.
