absolutely horrendous!! the worst experience Ive had not just at a DD..but any coffee place at all. i ordered a chai tea and im waiting by the pick up window just like at every other DD ive been to. The employee Sirat makes the tea and takes it back to where you order from when i was literally standing next to the machine he just used to make the tea. I told him I didn't hear him say it was ready and while walking away employee Sirat starts yelling that he called it out several times. I turned around and told him he could've easily taken it to the pickup window where I was just standing. as I'm walking out I hear him continue to talk b.s. but while I'm driving away I see him banging on the window and pointing his middle fingers at me. I put the car in park and got out of the car and at this point Sirat ran back behind the counter. when I asked to speak to the manager on duty (Mohammed) he nonchalantly brushes me off and tells me that he is going to reprimand him while the employee Sirat continued to insult me and disrespect me even in front of my wife and daughter! I seriously doubt some type of reprimand will actually happen because the manager didn't want to even come out to address the situation in the first place. the only reason he had to come out was because I had to raise my voice for him to come out and talk to me. this is some b.s.! I'm a manager at my own job and if I or one of our employees would've acted this way toward a customer we would've gotten fired. this store and it's management team...
Read moreI had a strange experience here. I made a mobile order and went there to pick it up. There was nothing to pick up. I asked if my order is ready. The store worker asked my name again and again as if he never received my order. So, I assumed my order did not go through. So, I checked out the same order again. As soon as I made the order the store worker gave me my food. Apparently, my order was ready, but he made fun of me. I checked my transaction history and confirmed that I paid twice. So, I asked the worker to cancel my second order. But he told me that I should do that online. Can't the store cancel the order? So, I submitted my complaints to Dunkin. But no response yet. Why do I have to spend so much time to submit a complaints to get several dollars refunded? I'll never go back...

How do you possibly screw up coffee! It's coffee! I order light and sweet with cream.....I get coffee with whip cream.....then nicely explain what I want and the girl looks at me and says: Ummm, what? Ok second try (after I explained again, iced coffee, light with cream and sweet. I then get medium iced coffee, the color of mud and no sugar! I give up, seriously, teach them to make coffee and above all teach them to listen. It may only be $3.61 but it's what I'm paying so I would really like what I'm paying for please. They are too busy chatting with each other and not enough time listening to the customer order. You guys are in the perfect spot for some great business but now work on...
