I came here with my family for my mother in law's birthday. We were a table of 5 I was told it would be a 25 minutes wait. After 30 minutes I went up and asked home much longer the wait would be. The hostess said she needed to speak to her manager I said, I don't need a manager I just want to know how much longer. The hostess walked away I assumed to get her manager. I sat back down and waited for another 10 minutes and still no manager. I went back up to the hostess stand were there was now a different hostess. I said to her " I have been waiting 40 minutes when I was told it was a 25 minute wait. I asked your coworker how much longer and she left to go get a manager but I haven't seen her or a manager since. I don't need a manager I just want to know how much longer." The hostess told me that she can't give me an ETA because there are a lot of people. Now I am frustrated so I told her I was given an wait time upon entering so why all the sudden can I not get an updated one? She said her manager gives the wait time and that she will go get her. I told her I have seen 3 tables of 4 who came in after us get seated how is it that they could not just add an extra chair I had also seen a table of two get seated eat and leave in the time I had been there. A family of 5 came in and the mother passed out so after the ambulance came and checked on her then left. they gave that family a table of five since they didn't want her to pass out again. So I think at this point I have been very patient and understanding. So FINALLY the manager comes and tells me that she is sorry for the long wait and that I can have an appetizer on the house and that I would be seated in the next five minutes. I said okay thank you satisfied with this answer. We get seated 8 minutes after we speak to the manager. Mind you our 25 minute wait at this point turned into 55 minutes. We ordered 2 orders of shrimp Alfredo, two steaks one medium well and one medium rare, and a seafood platter. The steaks where both like eating a shoe and cold when they came to the table and they both had the wrong sides. The shrimp Alfredo was also cold and in my photos you can tell a consistency difference between what were supposed to be the same meal. We all ate our food since at that point we had been waiting almost two hours between waiting for the table and then for our cold food. Honestly, I wouldn't have been as bothered if when I walked in then gave me an accurate wait time or even if I didn't have to wait 15 minutes to get an updated one. Then after the wait our food comes out cooked wrong and cold. I will NEVER come here again, it was poorly managed and it is a sin for the poor employees who then have to deal with pissed off customers and bad tips as a result of their managers inability to handle a...
Read moreI don’t even want to give a star. Where can I begin with this horrendous place? My girlfriends and I (party of 3) decided to go after a long week to catch up with good drinks and food (particularly the biscuits, salad, and some basic seafood). Two of us arrived and the hostess told us it would be a 25 minute wait. We said it was fine because our 3rd person in the party did not arrive. Therefore, we decided to sit at the bar. We sat for 10 minutes without an acknowledgement from the bartender. Our friend arrived within 10 minutes and while we were catching up, we realized we still were not acknowledged. After 20 minutes, the bartender walked towards the back and from across the room, said she will be with us. Bartender came back and acknowledged a couple who came after us before approaching us and asked for our drinks. We ordered but shortly canceled because our table was ready. The bartender looked surprise we canceled but we said we waited too long and our table is ready. Our waiter arrived and took our order. Our biscuits were lukewarm. Salad was good. Our drinks were great; however, this was the only great part. Our food took forever; when it finally arrived, order was wrong. My one girlfriend did not receive crackers for her king crab legs. I ordered an ultimate feast and was missing my mashed potatoes. My scallops and shrimp was almost cold. My shrimp scampi sauce was nonexistent. I ate some items because I was hungry and discovered the low temperature of the items. My other girlfriend was missing her lobster mashed potatoes and shrimp was added to her order after specifically stating she is allergic to shrimp. Our waiter did agree to make her order again and agreed to bring crackers and the missing items. It never happened. After waiting over 20 minutes, I demanded to speak with the manager. While we were explaining our grievances to the manager, she made an excuse for the kitchen, noted “oh yes I had to cancel the triple berry sangrias” and even told me “well you ate most of your food”—I wanted to curse her out but calmly told her I was hungry. She reluctantly removed our plates and said she will see what she can do. She ultimately removed $15 for inconvenience and two meals were removed (my ultimate feast and my girlfriend’s king crabs). The manager’s tone was condescending when she asked “is that good enough”. I tried to go on the Red Lobster website to make a note to the corporate office; however the website experienced an error. NEVER AGAIN....

It was our friends farewell dinner and we came here. It was rainy Wednesday evening and the restaurant was quite empty. We got out table within minutes. While entering the restaurant was a bit smelly, might be carpet stinks, but it wasn’t a pleasant smell. Anyway, we settle down. Décor was good, dim light, painting on the wall. There is a bar section at the front. Server Liz attended us. We ordered the following drinks and all was amazing. Mine comes with a free glass
Tropical Treasure - Malibu coconut rum and piña colada mix - I took the glass Tiki Passion Punch - ripe mango, passion fruit, and pineapple juices and punch it up with Sprite Malibu Hurricane - perfect mix of Malibu coconut rum and tropical fruit juices Triple Berry Sangria - a blend of red wine and diff kind of berries
At the same time, wee also ordered the following appetizers. Appetizers were quite good and we are like lets order everything from the menu. Lobster and Langostino Pizza - it was thin crust combo of seafood, artichokes, spinach, and three cheeses pizza. Very very thin crust. superb Creamy Garlic-Parmesan Crab Dip (Crabfest Exclusive) – dip was brilliant. This was my fav among all Shrimp Potstickers - golden-fried dumplings topped with a spicy soy-ginger sauce and green onions – my wife liked it. ( that’s what she said)
Though we don’t have much space left but still ordered following entrée – all come with sides and salad portion Salmon New Orleans - Fresh Atlantic salmon, blackened and topped with shrimp tossed in a Cajun butter sauce - we ordered full but u can settle in half combo of two - Wood-Grilled Shrimp and Soy-Ginger Salmon – good choice too Ultimate Feast - it was a combo of four items - Maine lobster tail, wild-caught North American snow crab legs, our hand-crafted garlic shrimp scampi and Walt’s Favorite Shrimp with sides – crab legs were okay, not good, Walt fav shrimp was very salty, rest everything was good in this feast.
And did I mention cheddar bay biscuits- I never had this and I am in love like anything. I got the recipe, I even asked Liz can you pass some and she did and I packed it. hahaha… out of this world. Overall, a very pleasant experience....
