Update: I hate to even do this but I was left with no choice. I have been visiting this establishment since June 20th as my husband and I discovered the location and was hooked since! We love love love the food so this review has absolutely nothing to do with our food because food is truly 1000000/10 . On June 20th janelys was our server and made our experience top notch she was truly helpful with suggestions and was attentive from the moment we arrived until we left. Following our next 2 times we came she was not our server that is totally fine but would always acknowledged us and would greet us. August 10,2025 we went over this was our 5time visiting this location. We ended up with a server who I wish I can tell you guys his name but I truly think he didn’t ever give us his name. Server took our orders down , messed our order up which is ok mistakes happen but when notified took very long to bring back my plate. He never stopped by to follow up and ask how was our food did we need anything else instead would walk right past really seemed as if he was not enjoying his time at work i am not sure what was the deal. I truly was upset with how he treated our experience there as seriously this is just a place I enjoy to come relax and enjoy my favorite comforting meals. The manager was notified as I walked out and left my husband on his own. She provided my husband a free appetizer and meal for our next visit was very apologetic about the situation. Fast forward we come back 2 days ago 8/28/2025 We had great service from our waiter but janelys walks in with the server who had provided us bad service last time and just walked right past she ended up being the server to the table next to us and kept walking by up and down at this point she locks eyes with me my husband but no hello hi nothing it was fine because that’s not what we come for we come to eat our food it was the fact that these workers had no shame to make it obvious that not only she was riding for her coworker who we at this point we’re clear are friends but began to go over the other side of the restaurant to whisper upon one another about us making it as clear as the day then would walk by and look at us but not say a thing. I felt so uncomfortable I ended up just packing up my food took it on the go. It isn’t ok that this went down I will proceed to visit another location established through Jinya but seriously shame on management, janelys , and the other male worker who I really just don’t know his name. You really don’t know how hard my husband and I work just to have a moment to our selves and the fact we would come here to try to relax and have some alone time it is just totally messed up. We didn’t need a free meal or appetizer. The purpose of when I spoke up to the manager was to bring it to be aware for future times not for free food at this point I felt like it was provided as a here just shut up and keep it pushing and honestly this is not the way to go about. It is what it is again food is great location is beautiful but the way the team handles things to purposely make someone feel this way is not ok. 10/10 always my favorite place to visit. Janelys service was fantastic. Quick and always on top of things. Thank you I can’t wait to come back again

Jinya Ramen Bar marries gastropub dining with a chic, flashy bar-atmosphere. It's a good place to eat with your friends or a date night. Walking in on a Saturday afternoon, and you'll be met with a wall of sound: the din of a crowd, the clinking of drinks being mixed at a glittering bar and the waitstaff speed-walking to take orders and deliver bowls of umami noodles and broth. The wide open space and modern wooden decor only accentuate and echo the ambient roar. My party of two were quickly met by hosts and sat a nearby table. This is no small restaurant. After ordering, our server apologized and told us that the delay (which wasn't long) was due to the party of sixty. I looked and it took up one corner of the place. And there were some booths and tables yet to be filled. There is ample space here for your party and I don't expect that you'll wait long as was the case for us. One look at the decor and polished menu signal that Jinya is not your typical corner sushi place. Indeed, it's a international chain of lounges, bars and restaurants with dozens of locations, specializing in... you guessed it, Japanese cuisine. The menu are Japanese classics: an array of ramen bowls, tapas-like small plates, rice bowls, cocktails and beer, all with a modern twist to them. There's even a couple of intriguing Asian-fusion items like the Birria Ramen and Poke Tacos. All that we ordered were very good and recommendable: - Premium Tonkotsu Red Ramen(level 2) - California Poke Bowl - Jinya Bun - Salmon Poke Mini Tacos - Jinya Lager - Seven Tribesmen The Premium Tonkotsu Red was good, but I have some opinions about it: you can customize the spiciness level from 1 - 10. I was in the mood for a subtle heat where I could enjoy the savoriness of the broth, so I chose a 2. However, what I imagined the scale to be was far from reality as this was pretty spicy. I would have thought it to be closer to a 6 or 7. It was just a level lower than what I could tolerate and I found myself finishing it, but not completely savoring it. So, beware - I was glad to have their house beer to accompany it, which was good in its own right. There was also not as much noodles as I would have liked. There were 2 small slices of chashu and it was mostly fat. I must say that the ajitsuke tamago -the soft-boiled egg- was done with perfectly creamy yolk. There is also a list of toppings for your ramen bowl, (eg various veggies, wontons, crispy chicken, pork) all for extra charges, but I opted for none of them. Next time, and I suspect that there will be a next time, I imagine that I'll try the Yuzu Shio Delight or Birria Ramen. The service was good, friendly and punctual, despite the large crowd that day. And the prices were reasonable at around $55 for our meal - which isn't bad for an afternoon out these days. It might have also explained the size of my bowl - which seemed a bit smaller than what you get at other places. In Jinya's case, it does seem that you do indeed pay for the atmosphere. It is good atmosphere and good food. However, don't expect a homey hole-in-the-wall where you can grab a casual bowl of homestyle noodles. This glitzy, bustling restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

The ramen here, when it's hot and fresh, the noodles are preem, broth can be excellent. Service is great when dining in, especially if Sinan is in at the bar, he is a treasure! JINYA as a brand is overall a mixed bag between the very high prices & very small portions. You get two measily pieces of meat per bowl, and not very much broth or noodles for $20+ each before add-ons. You'll get more noodles, more meat, more broth elsewhere for $16 or lower. Will it be as good though? Yeah, mostly. I'd say the only benefit with JINYA is how decent the service is WHEN dining in, and the complimentary fresh garlic to hand squeeze into the broth. But for $20? Nah, not worth it regularly. I'd love to come here weekly if it were cheaper, lunch special bowls, anything. Notes for repeat customers: Don't order on the JINYA android app. Use doordash, GrubHub, UberEats, whatever else instead. If you use the JINYA app, they may lose your order and you'll finally get it when it's cold. Nothing like cold ramen to crap on your mood. Never had this issue @JINYA when placing orders on other apps. and be wary ordering ANY tea. I really like ordering tea occasionally from the places I frequent, and I may never try that again here. Didn't feel very "irasshai" after being ripped off my first visit so long ago. See pictures below 👇👇👇 Menu price states $2.50 for Hot Green Tea. You get a hot cup of water and a bag... and then charged $5 just for that as you can see on my receipt there. You don't even get a teapot for the table. Just a bag, and 1 hot cup of water. Corporate reached out to me later and said this was a clerical error with their holiday menu. They promised me some kind of bonus on my next visit over the phone. Well, I never got anything, not that I care much now it's been so long. Cute that they called, but they quickly forgot to relay that to the restaurant and at this point, it's too late. There are happy hour discounts but never for the ramen (usually) and the points system with the JINYA app isn't all that worth it given the complications explained above when ordering online through it. You can "check-in" on the app for dine-in loyalty points, but you're still paying way more for way less food than every other ramen shop within 10 miles. JINYA has all the resources, and a great staff, to be number one in the ramen business locally. But it is not, and the corporation is at fault with their menu pricing, instructions for portions, and mishandling of their own software.
