I was excited when I heard this location had reopened, but not living nearby it takes a reason to be out this way. Having that reason I drove by on my way home and damn...

The outside remains the same, but the interior is so sad. I honestly wasn't sure if they were even serving, the kitchen was kind of dark and no roasting chickens going like they used to. The hot case had barely anything in it, to the point where I thought they were closing for the day.

After a moment of probably looking confused, someone asked to take my order. I stuck to old favorites, a chicken carver sandwich, side of sweet potato casserole and mashed potatoes with gravy. I ended up making it a meal and got a beverage from an off-brand soda fountain.

I should have known from the start to be sus. The counter and kitchen space looks like this place had been closed for awhile, wiped down and re-opened. There was no effort to spiff the place up after it closed. The off-brand soda fountain gave me the most watery iced tea that I opted to throw it out elsewhere on my drive home. While ordering my sandwich I was told there was no tomato and asked if that is OK. Apparently there was no herbed mayo and they dont use that old Dijon dressing anymore so I had a mundane chicken sandwich. Upon trying the sides the mashed potatoes and gravy were ok, flavorless gravy and the sweet potatoes casserole was disgusting. I had one bite, immediately disliked and left it for trash.

Oh how far Boston Market has fallen, I hope this is a temporary dip in what was a quick, but homemade felt...

Avoid. I typically don’t write bad reviews, but unfortunately Boston Market deserves it. I used to come here all the time growing up, it was a treat as a kid getting to pick out sides and enjoy some delicious rotisserie chicken. When it closed a few years ago I was sad. It recently opened up and I was so excited to take my wife and daughter there since they had never had it. We went the first month it was open, and the vibe has completely changed. First, they were out of most of the sides and only had enough chicken for 2 of our meals. The interior was dirty and the workers were not friendly. It was also expensive. I chalked it up to them opening recently and getting used to operating a Boston market. However, I went last night, nearly 5 months after my first visit. We went to the drive through at 730p to get dinner. I pulled up to the ordering menu, and was told by a robotic voice to order at the window. I pulled up to the window and there was no one there. We heard loud music being played but no workers. Eventually, a female worker noticed us sitting there and yelled through the kitchen that they didn’t have food. I couldn’t hear her at first, so she yelled again “we don’t have any food”. I was so confused and shocked that they had run out of food at 730p that we just kind of laughed it off and went elsewhere. I’m writing this review in hopes that things change, as I would love for Boston market to be what it once was. But the way things are being managed is not a recipe for success, but for another closed down...

Was it door dash or yall? On sep 24 2025 at 8:45 pm, I ordered a full dinner for my pregnant cousin and her family, mind you I live in another state, but we family. I got the two meat, rice, corn, Mac, Ceasar salad, corn bread, and an apple pie. Unfortunately they were out of the rice, made a switch to give me mash potatoes. They did text but I didn't see it (my bad) but they could have called me, I mean what if my cousin was allergic to mash potatoes? Yall need to reach out to the customer or inform them that since we don't got rice, we will compt it out of the meal, got you for next time, not make a decision for them. So they waiting mad long for the meal, it comes and the bag is open. OK, 🚩, they take it in, boom half the whole chicken gone, mash potatoe gone, mac and cheese eaten and got hair, and turkey eaten and got bite marks on it. They apple pie (+$3.49) not even in the bag! So I do a little investigation 🔎. Low and behold, yall have been doing this customer's. So, you block me on door dash before I could say what's up 🚩, Yassin on door dash speeds off🚩, and your customers have had the same issue 🚩. So either the fake Disney princess stole and ate the food, yall didn't pack it right and or stole and ate the food, then charged for that new meal. I hope I didn't get charged twice. Like, what's going on? Yall must need that. I already reported yall to door dash. I'm nevah going to order from here again. Also yall need to season your food. Acting like you Josh and got his mama...
