The worst customer service ever! I ordered a small frappe with whip cream and no chocolate drizzle. The girl at the 1st window says repeat it again, I did and so did she. I get to the 1st window and she says did you order the 6 cheeseburger meal, I says no. I said frappe. She says ok, I hand her my card, I ask for a receipt, she says you'll get it at the 2nd window. I get to the 2nd window and there is chocolate drizzle on my frappe. I said my order says whip but no drizzle. She says ok and stares at me. I ask for my receipt, she says you get that at the 1st window, I said the 1st window told me the 2nd window I get a receipt. She says we give receipts for food not beverages. I said ok then I will wait for my receipt, so she remakes my frappe and puts no whip then hands me my receipt. The receipt says whip but no drizzle. I ask for a manger, I told the manger I will call because I dont wanna hold the line up, so I immediately call. I asked for Tasheona. She says this her, I explain the situation, she says ok and hangs up. I'm not stereotyping but African Americans in the workforce need to learn their delivery when it comes to customer service. I observed that there was a African American worker at every step of my order. I do not care what race works but as I am african American, I do not like to see poor work ethics. Read moreWent to the drive thru as there was NO LINE. Waited over 5 mins for someone to even acknowledge me. Placed my order and proceeded to the first window to pay for my food. The young lady who was there, after completing her text states the amount (no greeting, no common courtesy of hello).
I proceed to the second window to get my food. I waited another 7 minutes before anyone even came to the window and wine they did they only came to put lids on my drinks and did not acknowledge me nor my extended wait time.
After another 3-4 minutes, another young lady brings me a bag with Mt food in it and hands me my drinks in a tray. I drive off, get home ( literally around the corner), and they shorted me a sandwich.
Of course, I get back in my vehicle, drive back to McDonald's park, walk in with my receipt, and ask.."May I have the Big Mac that I paid for?" The young man at the counter takes my receipt and walks over to where the burgers are, and sitting there was the sandwich that was shorted in my order. He proceeds to place it in a bag. I interrupt and tell him to save the tree, just the sandwich, please. I am on my way back home so my 10 year old can now eat...

Read moreThis is litterally the worst location I have ever been to. I would make a bet that it’s the worst in the country. I moved to the area 6-7 months ago this being the closest location to my house and every single time I go no matter if it’s busy or slow I have to sit at the speaker for 5-10 minutes before someone takes my order. Most of the time the food is old and Luke warm if warm at all and the order is never right. The employees are too busy gossiping to pay attention. Not only that but since I moved in I’d say I have stopped at least 2 times a week specifically to get a milkshake for my son because he loves milkshakes, I kid you not every single time I stop their response is one of two things “we don’t have shakes” or “the shake machine is down” tonight I finally questioned them on it because I have never been able to get a shake from this location and I was met with a horrible attitude. Stay away from this location it’s a waste of time and money. I have never been so mad to the point where I actually went out of my way to put up a review.
