Wouldn’t even post this except am disappointed and frustrated. Ordered a mobile order. No complaints w/the service itself—I get working retail and fast food is not easy and doesn’t compensate well for the work, so I’m hard pressed here—the people working the window were good and even apologized for having to wait a couple minutes (not a deal at all). Where it went south is missing 2 burgers (did get the rest of the order and even though I don’t feel the customer should have to check their order for accuracy, but at the same time, to save oneself the hassles and let down, it’s worthwhile to try to remember to do so). I got home and found my burgers were missing, but my dad’s weren’t. And what compounded my frustration and disappointment is trying to call the restaurant multiple times to let them know I was missing the burgers and the phone seemingly to be off the hook (same situation even the next day). Then emailing corporate to try to get some sort of resolution/compensation (the burgers totaled near $9 and to some that’s nothing, but to me it’s something) and the getting a message saying someone would reach out and NOTHING. No response is a response, especially in business and add to that, feel if a business is going to keep their phone off the hook so their unreachable, might as well not list a number to begin with or at the very least (to give the impression you care lol) put an automated message connected to their number and allow people to leave messages (and actually respond to messages) or telling people to leave an email and have an email address to do so (and actually respond to...
Read moreI really try not to give any place one star reviews, but sometimes establishments truly earn them. Placed a mobile order here for counter pickup. It was myself and one other already waiting customer in the dining room, and three cars in the drive thru. It was a simple order, just one of their standard biggie bags plus an order of pub fries. It took an employee well over ten minutes to acknowledge me to place an order (to which I informed the clerk of the mobile order)... And then for whatever reason it took close to another 20 minutes to get the food. I.. I don't understand why. The gentleman next to me was there for 2/3 the time I was before he got what looked like one Hamburger and fries. There was no excuse I could find for why this restaurant was struggling so severely tonight. When I finally got my food, they had forgotten the drink. And there wasn't an apology offered about the wait either. When I left, there were still only a handful of cars in the drive thru. Not backed up even to the ordering speaker. And when I checked the order in the car it was entirely prepared wrong. Too frustrated to go back in and ask for a correction figuring it would be another 20-30 minute wait before I had gotten that food.
I don't know if management was working tonight. If they weren't, they need to have a serious discussion with their team because an overall wait time for a sandwich, some nuggets, a pub fry and a drink should not have taken 30 minutes to prepare when the restaurant was clearly over staffed and underwhelmingly not...
Read moreWe made an order worth $80.58 and asked specifically to get our order for 10 people at the same time. We then received partly our order and had to wait for another 5/8 minutes to receive the remaining order.
We waited for another 10 minutes and finally received the order. As I was taking my first bite, I had to spit out the chicken immediately as the chicken was raw. Everyone else experienced the same with their chicken burger. I decided to go back and ask for my refund and to speak to the manager.
However, as I asked for the manager they send me the wrong person who was ridiculously rude and very unprofessional. I have never experienced a customer service like this. The girl didn’t even greet me but said: “what is wrong with it?” I explained her that the chicken was raw. She gave me the most dirtiest look, took my tray away and walked off without even being apologetic.
We then spoke to a girl named Alexis who was the only one that seemed to know what customer’s service means in these kind of business industry.
The rude girl (black curly hair, mixed race) then came back and wanted to argue but Alexis pushed her away and talked to her.
This was a horrible experience ever to be experienced anywhere. This team definitely needs some customer service training. Furthermore, it won’t hurt them...
