This place used to be great, but now the menu pricing is off, the portions are smaller and they don't seem to care about service. I was told they don't use certain colored plates for their gluten free items even though it is stated on the front of the menu, yet my regular food came out on a blue plate. I recently visited Poked Yolk in East Aurora, NY, and was immediately impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. Having lived out of state for many years, it was refreshing to return to the WNY area and experience such a welcoming spot.
The staff was exceptional—every single person was polite, friendly, and had a genuine smile. It was clear they enjoyed working together, as they effortlessly chatted with locals and even admired a new baby, creating a true sense of community.
The ambiance felt like home, cozy and comfortable, with charming Easter decorations adding a festive touch for the upcoming holiday.
