Alfredo's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

Buyer beware. Alfredos Pizza refuses to honor coupons and deals. I just received a flyer with several coupons, when I called to place the order the greeter tells me they are expired...with a printed expiration date of 1/31/19 on the coupon.

Refusing to honor deals is a sure way to lose repeat customers and business. Nice work Alfredos!

Rob, I appreciate you reaching out to me, that level of customer service is difficult to find in ANY industry.

To clarify the google review and rating, I have to say this misunderstanding between myself and the Alfredo's employee was due to the menu with coupons being sent out a week early. That said, rather than argue with the guest, simply ask that they present the coupon to the delivery driver. This situation could have been better handled, especially by the manager who told the crew member that the coupon was expired.

Edit: Thank you to Rob, the owner of Alfredo's for reaching out and making things right. For that I have upgraded the review to 3 stars. The quality of the pizza deserves 5 stars, however this whole thing could have been avoided, so 3 stars overall for...

This is the BEST PIZZA JOINT. In West Babylon, Altalia is over rated over priced and has gotten too big for their bridges

The ppl who work here are the kindest honest ppl you can deal with the prices are unbeatable the food is Delusious they have actual coupons with great deals (Football season boys and girls this is the place) I am getting hungery just typing this. Hell, there is the best on the island. The ONLY! thing I can make a complaint about would be the small parking lot, but aside from that, with dosent effect Alfredos, this is the place

Absolutely terrible! How does the owner who has no respect for his customers still stays in business? Between delivery tip I spent almost $30 on their rainbow pizza last night! The pizza arrived cold the crust is burnt the delivery guy look like he was on some thing handed me the pie with the box open the receipt was sitting on top of the pie itself! When I called to advise the owner his response was what about if I give you seven dollars credit towards your next order I said no thank you I just will not be ordering from you again and he went OK! He should’ve offer a delivery of another pie at no charge or credit for everything I spent...
