Applebee's Grill + Bar — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

My experience in this restaurant was wonderful the food was quick and the staff was beyond nice and kind to us walking in the place is kinda hidden and some signage would be nice but I think its a hidden gem the inside feels like a pizzeria or a fast food restaurant and despite being an Applebees to go location they have all the normal menu items you would expect salads sandwiches desserts galore, definitely would come back and tell other people to come here kids meals are $6.99 and they have specials for choice appetizers for 8.00 after 8pm!!!! 10/10 just for the service and friendliness alone but the prices were great and the selection was good I cant ask for more👍👍👍 Christie the manager was super helpful she answered any and all questions about the establishment we had she even let us know she makes 75 percent of her orders from door dash and takeout when we were asking her about deliveries its cool to see a normally sit and dine type of restaurant transition to more fast pace almost fast food style dining she told me this was the only Applebees To Go location in the country and that they're just trying it out to see of it this style would garner attention from the people and I would say I'm thoroughly impressed so far I would love to see more pop ups like this if they can keep the atmosphere and attitude Christie and her team had shown towards us the place feels really cozy almost like a mom and pop shop🔥🔥🔥if youre in the area I would definitely...

Decided to place a pickup order tonight for the first time. The place was packed, including over 10 people waiting for their orders. They had 1 server, I believe her name was Deborah, running back and forth- packing the orders, taking orders, and also helping the dine-in family. I felt terrible for her. How could a business leave her by herself? It was very unsettling to see her stressed out, have people’s phones in their face asking where there order is, and making sure everything was accurate. I waited over 25 minutes for my order, and by the time I got my food, it was ice cold. I thought it would be on the hotter scale since as soon as it went on the table, it was packed it up and handed it to me. It was crazy! A doordasher said to me “Is it always like this?” I said, “Honestly, this is my first time here!”. I don’t know if i’ll come back to the Deer Park location, which sucks since it’s closest to me. They need to treat their employees correct, and make sure their food quality is up to standard. $35 for my food and it was cold, late, and employees...

This Applebee’s model is for sure one of a kind! You definitely receive the best of both Worlds of getting your food at an expedited speed, and simultaneously the excitement of eating at a restaurant. All your favorites at the traditional Applebee’s are also on this menu! Very convenient and efficient. The atmosphere is essentially an express version of Applebee’s, with the same vibes. Christie is absolutely superb, and truly cares about each and every customer that walks into the restaurant!
