For a new establishment, these guys need to keep their attitude down. I got broccoli pinwheel… usually anywhere you go, you get sauce with it… these guys charge 1.50 plus tax for small, and 2.50 plus tax for slightly larger cup. In addition… if you pay cash, you get “discount”. Funny thing is: all their prices are listed in cash…. So there’s no discount. If you pay by card, you pay 4% extra fees, by paying cash, you avoid that 4% fees. So maybe it’s the 4% discount that the place offers if you pay cash. No where does it mention that all prices are in cash to begin with… their prices are lie… especially if you pay cash. One person ahead of me paid 72.24 with card, when the card didn’t go through… he paid the SAME amount with cash. There ya go, enjoy the so called discount. Wish I could rate these guys 0. The cashier had 0 manners. He told me to go argue with Mastercard, visa, banks, not with him (even though it was just a discussion), and then he walked off on my face. There are plenty restaurants nearby that can outcompete these people, if they don’t keep their attitude in check, they lose out on customer service… they already lost the food quality. Food looks like it had been refrigerated and warmed up. See pics for proof.

Bella Pazza makes a great pizza consistently. A nice, family run establishment. We’ve been impressed with the pizza every visit this summer. He makes a great pie that has brought us back time and again. This time we got the garlic knot pie that I’ve been eyeing since I saw it on the menu. I didn’t have enough patience to photograph before digging in, but I posted a photo of what was left over. This was an awesome creation. Not every pizzeria in the area makes good food. They know how to make good food here. The dough is the right thinness, the sauce is great, and they get the crust-sauce-cheese ratio correct. If the website is true in that they don’t use brominated flour, that’s the “icing on the cake.” I’ve been eating pizza in the Babylon/West Islip/Bay Shore area for 30 years and now when my family wants pizza takeout, we have to get it from Bella Pazza.

Was just here for a late afternoon lunch with my mom. Pizza was delicious no doubt about that. However, the customer service from the guy behind the counter could’ve been a little bit better. Also, the sprite and dr. pepper did not dispense correctly and came out as water from the machine and no ice at all btw. That’s why I’m giving this 3 stars and not 4 or 5, like I really wanted to. Oh and the guy charged me $1.00 extra for the meatball topping after I paid when I had clearly asked for meatball before while I was ordering and didn’t even look to say, “Thank you for coming, or have a great rest of your day!” as we were leaving. It’s the little things like manners that can really make a difference. Just somethings to think about.

Just disappointed!! We were regular customers. Ordered usually, at least couple times a week. We decided it would be nice to order on Valentine 's Day, what a mess this turned out to be. We ordered an entire Buffalo chicken pizza ( plus other things) and requested extra blue cheese (which it usually comes with it, but we were wanted to make sure). Our son called back just to reiterate that blue cheese was needed. (preventive maintenance if you will). When the order arrives, needless to say, no blue cheese at all. Not one!!! When we called to let them know that they forgot, we were told it was Valentine 's Day and they couldn't send someone back and argued with us that we didn't ask for it. Ask for an item that already comes with the entree. But they argued. We were regular, dedicated customers. We are all so upset. We had to go to the store to pick it up, and by the time we went to eat everything was soggy. We will have to look for a different place to give our loyalty to. Companies should remember, customers are those who keep them in busines. We considered them family tradition, but if we are with so little we will move on to another locally owned and operated pizzeria.

3/27/2109 Funny, we got a response on here after almost a month, making it seem as though they cared, asking us to send our phone number that we ordered from to the email address. I emailed....the only response was thank you....3 weeks later....with no follow up!! I guess they didn’t realize we have lived here for over 13 years but changed phone numbers. Really doesn’t matter what Gino’s does now, we would NEVER order from them again! Whatever looks good on social media. Apparently they don’t really care about losing...

I decided to try Gino's of Babylon today as they had a Valentines Day Special going on where you could get a heart shaped pizza today only. My box was taped up extensively, so I did not check it until I got home. Upon getting home I noticed that it was definitely not a heart, more like a weirdly oval pizza that barely fit in the box. Incredibly disappointed in the poor service on the once-a-year pizza.

EDIT 2/28: poor customer service has continued, as I was told to message the owner but there is no option through google reviews. I emailed the email on their website, and did not receive a response.

EDIT 3/5: I have not been given a refund. Instead I was given 25 "reward points". However, nothing can be bought under 75 points, which means I would need to spend another $50 in order for my 25 reward points to be used. In this case, something such as a roll, or calzone could be redeemed with this. This is ridiculous customer service, and I do not recommend Ginos of...
