Redefine Meals — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

Redefine Meals is a Long Island treasure - Prior to finding redefine, I tried 3 other meal prep services on LI and none came close to delivering flavor, freshness and value like Redefine. I am consistently blown away by the nutritious quality of the protein - real grass fed meats and no seed oils. Since April, I’ve lost 60lbs (3 months) with Redefine as the core of my diet - the labels make it so easy to track macros and calories and the meals are filling. I wouldn’t even consider this as “diet food” (it certainly doesn’t taste like “diet food”) - this food is for everyone, it’s easy to track if you’re trying to monitor calories or macros for purposes of dieting. They offer everything from low carb to keto to high protein balanced meals - depends how clean you want to eat and what your diet entails but all options are on the table. Best of all, this saves me so much money vs ordering out or trying to cook a varied menu for one person each week. It’s a very reasonable cost and saves me so much time.

Some fave meals of mine include the chicken roll ups, buffalo chicken quesadillas (air fryer takes both these dishes to the next level), Nashville hot chicken tacos, mango shrimp tacos, penne ala vodka w grilled chicken … I used to be obsessed with the honey chicken Mac and cheese - hoping that comes back this fall 🤞

The guys running this company are doing everything right and you can tell there are considerable ongoing efforts to keep improving customer experiences - I follow the social media page and they keep innovating with improvements to dishes or adding new menu items on regular basis. Big kudos to them for creating something special and a valuable service for the community. Also big shout out to my redefine friend - a gentleman who works every Sunday AM in Babylon and rings up my dad and I - he’s always awesome, friendly, and knowledgeable.

We’re lucky to have such an amazing service on Long Island! Stop in and give this place a shot - pick up a meal or 2 and you’ll be hooked!

The one and only suggestion I have is - if possible, I would love to be able to buy prepared veggies in bulk the same way we can buy protein, rice and sweet potato. That would be amazing and great to add...

Let me say that Redefine meals, is LIVING up to it’s name. It really has redefined how I see food like this. I am from California, and this was my first experience with a place like this.

I have to give the guy running the store Antonio his credit. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and knew what he was doing. I came in around 10:00 ish and he was putting stuff away, but when it came to recommendations he had me covered. You could tell by the way he carried himself he knew what he was doing.

IF I were this place I’d watch him too. He’s a really solid guy that helped me make good choices. You should try the jerk tacos. They’re really good.

When it came to the space it was tidy, and really nice. I don’t know why we DON’T have them in California, but I really believe we should. I will just say that if they have people like Antonio who was running this one in California it would be a hit.

Overall, I will be going back and if you don’t know according to the deal you get 5% off for buying 5, and 10% off for buying 10 at the time of this review.

Overall it’s 100% worth the money...

I mainly take the time to prepare my own meals because most places have unhealthy food and usually don't have the best standards of cleanliness and care for the food. But last week i couldn't and prepare my meals so I was looking around for the best meal prep places (menu, cleanliness, high quality food, portions, high quality ingredients, care, nutritional value), and I'm glad I picked Redefine Meals because everything was Fresh, nice portions, nutritious and tasted great! I haven't tried any other meal prep company's and i don't think I need to because the food and customer service here was great. I had the Hibachi steak and chicken quesadillas. The steak was tender, a good serving of steak and tasted very good. The quesadillas were also very fresh, great ingredients, and you can tell they care how they prepare their food for customers.
