I cannot say enough good things about Matt and Babylon Cabinet Company. Excellent is an understatement. From the first visit with Matt, his dad and Nancy until the completion of the kitchen things went unbelievably smoothly. Matt took time to answer all of our questions, drew a very clear layout of the kitchen, visited our home on multiple occasions and made recommendations and modifications to the layout before ordering the cabinets. Once the cabinets came in, Matt double and triple checked the fit with our contractor, Cameron (DC Bean Contracting), before the final installation. Matt arranged for the countertop selection and installation. He sent us to a quartz, granite and marble wholesaler to select the slabs for the countertop. We did nothing more. Matt arranged for the slabs to be delivered to the fabricator and coordinated the installation. When it came to picking the hardware (cabinet pulls) Matt and Nancy gave us great ideas and ordered our choice. They were sent to our home and Cameron installed them without any issues. When the new appliances arrived on site, we were concerned about the fit of the wall oven under the cooktop. Matt told us not to be concerned, he'll make it fit. Working with Matt and his team was fine until we paid our final bill. Scheduling them to come and finish some minor trim work is impossible. I have cabinets that are different color lots and they damaged several draw faces when they installed the hardware. I have been waiting months for them to correct it, but promises to make good on these issues are not kept. I would not recommend Babylon Cabinet company if you can get the products elsewhere.

As for your reply Matt-

You emailed me on July 29, 2024 to set up install and it began as scheduled end of August 2024. I was never informed of a storage fee or I would have paid it or made arrangements for quicker delivery. I have your offer to install our hood/vent for an additional fee on September 19, 2024 via email. You forgot to tell your installer and he did not come with the necessary equipment to put it in, so we went back and forth for months and I ultimately used another installer because I could not get you to commit to a date. As for the repairs for damages-you can find all of the pictures and issues in the email I sent you on Jan 27, 2024. You also could have also replied with a plan to fix this to any of my followup emails on March 11, 2025, March 27 or April 8...

The installation process was handled by Bill, who exceeded all expectations. His work ethic was exceptional and his craftsmanship was top-notch. I am beyond pleased with the outcome and can confidently say that my kitchen now looks stunning thanks to Babylon Cabinet Company.

We chose “ inset” which required longer production time and harder to install. The result came out as just what we expected. Matt sent his workers to fix some minor stuff and is always very willing to answer all our questions and advise us.

Overall, we are very happy with my experience with Babylon Cabinet Company and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality...
