Ordered food through BWW’s website at 4:32pm for delivery but the food never arrived. Called BWW and was advised it goes through DoorDash and to contact them. Waited 40 minutes on the phone with DoorDash customer service, they said they are not sure what happened but they said they spoke with the store manager and another order will come out. At 7:05pm, I get a text message from the driver advising me store is very busy and will be out to me shortly. After not hearing anything for a while, I texted the driver back and at 7:50pm, I get a order cancelled message. No calls or any other information. I called the store to speak with the manager, and they told me no 2nd order was placed and they told the driver there was no order so it was just cancelled. Shouldn’t someone check with a customer before coming with that conclusion. If I order food from a restaurant, that restaurant needs to take responsibility for their actions. If they messed up, or if they use a 2nd company for their services, it’s on them. I shouldn’t have to call 2 or 3 different places to find out what happened or what needs to happen. Read moreI was with a group of 6 and there must’ve only been 10 other people in the whole place. The waiter came around once every half an hour. When we finally got ahold of the waiter, I asked for another round of waters for the table and we never received the waters at all. My one friend ordered food and a beer and he never received his beer until an hour after his food and that’s only because he got up and found the waiter and reported the problem. My other friend ordered food and he didn’t receive his food until an hour and a half after he placed the order. Very slow and very unprofessional. For it being completely dead inside the restaurant, the waiter never came to check on us or our problems. My other friend ordered wings to go and that took almost an hour too. Another problem I have is they had NBC news on half the TVs in the place. The motto is “wings, beer, sports” not wings, beer, politics. Not to mention the absolute disgusting bathrooms. There was gum and food inside the urinals and the sink. I had to wash my hands while looking at bacon bits in the sink. Just a terrible experience. I would give this place a zero if I could. Varys from forgetting celery or ranch to forgetting whole orders or wings. This has happened so many times to us now that we are not coming back, we have been doing this since covid 2020 but yesterday you guys lost some loyal customers, 10 of them to be exact. It's a 20 minute drive one way, we ask them to check the bags and we try checking ourselves but it's hard in a car to check a bag full of wings and count everyone, we shouldn't have to do that. My friend last night was starving when we got back. He was so excited to eat his food that was never given to us but charged to his card. This just was the last straw, we are going to a different location or trying other restaurants. Worst service I have ever gotten from a food restaurant. The best part is 40 minutes of driving and the best the manager could do was refund our credit card, for 40 minutes of wasted gas and time. Just...
