Dixon Deli — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

If I could give -0 stars I would . I ordered my breakfast through DoorDash and my delivery driver called me during pick up saying that the woman behind the delivery counter told him “ they don’t have my order “ . I called the deli to hopefully speak to somebody about this issue and I the lady who answered hung up on me when I politely asked to speak to somebody who speaks English . She then told me “ nobody here speaks English “ IN PLAIN ENGLISH and then hung up on me . So I called on my friends phone and again asked to speak to somebody who speaks English and was told the same thing as before . “ nobody here speaks English “ I just ended up canceling my entire order “ this is ridiculous why do you have a business in an English speaking country and you don’t know any English ? Make it make sense . I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody ! HORRIBLE . and since they don't understand English im going to translate this into Spanish For them and anybody looking to order food from them .

Pedí mi desayuno a través de DoorDash y mi conductor de entrega me llamó durante la recogida diciendo que la mujer detrás del mostrador de entrega le dijo "no tienen mi pedido". Llamé a la tienda de delicatessen con la esperanza de hablar con alguien sobre este problema y la señora que respondió me colgó cuando pedí amablemente hablar con alguien que hablara inglés. Luego me dijo "nadie aquí habla inglés" EN INGLÉS SENCILLO y luego me colgó. Así que llamé al teléfono de mi amigo y otra vez pedí hablar con alguien que hablara inglés y me dijeron lo mismo que antes. "nadie aquí habla inglés". Terminé cancelando todo mi pedido. "Esto es ridículo ¿por qué tienes un negocio en un país de habla inglesa y no sabes nada de inglés? Haz que tenga sentido. ¡No se los recomendaría a nadie! HORRIBLE. Y como no entienden inglés, voy a traducir esto al español para ellos y cualquiera que quiera...

I ordered food from here, after they let me pay I was told they dont have the food by the delivery driver. When we called the store to process a refund nobody spoke english and I was hung up on. They definitely need to work on...
