I can’t say enough how pleased I am with Felico’s! I recently threw a 60th birthday party for my parent’s at the VFW Hall in Albertson. I worked closely with Frank, the owner of Felico’s, to book the hall. He was extremely kind and always willing to help answer any questions I had during the planning process. This was the ideal venue for my parent’s party and was spacious, newly renovated, and nicely decorated.

In addition to the hall rental, they offered very generous and affordable catering packages including an open bar, appetizers, several main courses, and dessert, all catered by Felico’s. I also communicated with Joann, who was very sweet and helpful while making arrangements for the hall and food. We received several compliments from party guests on how delicious the food was. I was very happy with the quality and wide selection they offered! We also had two guests who had dairy allergies which they kindly accommodated with individual dishes. The staff who assisted during the party was also extremely professional and always willing to help with whatever we needed.

Frank also helped suggest a DJ for us as well! As a first time party planner, it was such a pleasure to work with Frank, Joann, and the Felico’s staff to make the planning for my parent’s 60th birthday party as seamless as possible. I am so impressed with Felicos Catering! Please do not hesitate to book with them. First of all, I am all about having good food at any party that I host. Felicos delivered this! Food was excellent and all my guests raved about it! My two brothers are chefs (both at prestigious restaurants- Momofuko noodle bar and Lauradee) and they absolutely enjoyed every last bite of food. Secondly, customer service is top notch. I worked with Terry who answered all my many emails and questions promptly and was accommodating with everything. She even moved my party to the bigger room 2 weeks before because my guest list was much higher than I anticipated. Wilmer was the one who ran my party that night and he was nothing but kindness and excellence. Everything ran so smoothly and there were no issues at all the whole night. The rest of the staff was equally superb. Nick, Vanessa, Jayden and Anna Maria were very attentive to the guests and I couldn’t have asked for better service. I hosted my party at River Mill Manor at the best western in Rockville center and the room was beautiful! Please go ahead and book your next event with that at River Mill! You will not regret it! OMG where do I even begin? Thank you so very much for everything yesterday. The food was outstanding, the service was stupendous, and everyone can’t stop raving about the food. My staff had no idea what to expect, but boy were they surprised. The compliment after compliment and the phenomenal feedback I am receiving just simply is making my day.

I must be honest; I was not sure what to expect and it was a wonderful surprise. Everything was amazing and when I walked into the office this morning, I was already hearing my team talking about who was eating what leftovers. From the sausage and peppers to the mac and cheese, everything was fantastic. Your chefs where so kind, friendly, funny and attentive. What a joy it was for me to be able to sit back and enjoy the event without having to run around and worry about everything. My team building Carnival was a complete success and I owe it all to Felico’s and staff!!!

Thank you just doesn’t seem enough but thank you from the bottom of my heart! I look forward to our next luncheon on July 30th! My biggest problem will be which of the delicious choices will I choose.
