I give the new store less than a one review, I went to the new store on Jericho. Turnpike in northport and saw 4 chairs that I really liked and wanted. They were maked for $58 dollars a chair upon going to take the chairs. The store manager lisa ran over to me with a scissor, And started to cut tags off the chair and told me that they were not $58 that they were a $178. I said no. They say $58. She said it was a mistake. I said that's not my problem. Then she proceeded to tell me that she knew about it from the morning. And this was a 2 o'clock that this was happening. I told her if you knew about this in the morning. These chairs should not be on the floor so therefore I should get them for $58. Then I contacted the regional manager Diane in Farmingdale. And she told me she was going to call me back and never called me back. I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau. This is a consumer law It is marked for what it is on the floor and running. After me with a scissor to cut the tags off. Thank god I took a picture Did two people that were working on the floor sales people agreed with me and said that if it's marked for what it says r that's what I should get them for she proceeded to tell them to be quiet and mine their business.. Then the Manager Lisa told me that there's a miscommunication with the people that work in the warehouse that they don't speak English and there was a miscommunication. Not my problem. I told her if you knew about this in the morning. Then they should've been removed and they were not. I'm very upset and I am going to contact the Beta business l. No one from corporate office wants to call me back, Lisa then proceeded to call the regional manager. And lie to her and tell her that they had an orange tag on it with covering the price that is not true. I took a picture of everything. I had high hopes when I visited Peter Andrew in Farmingdale, but unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. The table I purchased was not only overpriced, but the quality was far from what I expected.

First off, the finish on the table was uneven, and there were visible scratches in several spots right out of the box. I reached out to their customer service, hoping for a resolution, but they were unresponsive and unhelpful. I felt like I was getting the runaround every time I called.

The assembly was another issue—parts didn’t fit properly, and it took me hours to get everything together. The instructions were poorly written, and it was clear that the table wasn’t designed with ease of assembly in mind.

When I finally did get it assembled, it wasn’t even level! It wobbles, and I had to use makeshift shims to keep it from rocking. For the price I paid, I expected a much higher quality product, but this feels like something you'd pick up at a bargain store.

Overall, I can’t recommend Peter Andrew Furniture. The table is a complete disappointment, and their customer service is non-existent. Definitely won’t be returning...

Buyer Beware: My 7 month long nightmare with this company is still going on. Firstly, they were UNABLE to find matching chairs for this dining room table. Second, the store manager agreed to cancel the table on March 24,2015. That day i called Amex and closed the dispute i had lodged against the charge for the table. On May 4th Amex informed that that Peter Andrews DID NOT cancel the charge and sent them proof with a FURNITURE INFO SHEET posing as a sales contract on which someone had put initials in the box indicating "customers acceptance of store policy." In my new dispute i opened with Amex on May 4, I included notarized copies of documents with MY INITIALS, proving the initials on the document were NOT MINE. Finally, in JULY AMEX refunded all of my money. Now, although Peter Andrews has BOTH the money for the table ( amex did not charge them back ) AND THE TABLE to sell AGAIN , they are still in October calling and harassing me to " set up delivery and PAY for the table ." They are going to be paid twice for this table YET they are determined to make me "take" this table. These...
