Luigi's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

Ordered last night for pick up after a family member had a bunch of pizzas for a party. Loved it at the party, was a bit disappointed last night. Perhaps their square pies are better. The round half pepp. I got last night had a few rookie mistakes (as someone who has worked at a pizza place) where the cheese-half had pepperoni on it, and the pizza didn't fit in the box leading to some wrinkled crusts. I saw some reviews saying their pizzas got smaller, a 16 inch at 14+ dollars isn't something to write home about in this area. I also personally believe the crust should be darker in color, slight browning on the bottom. Not pale. However still great pizza and I could tell everyone was working hard there. Love there Sicilian pie, or any pie we order, staff is great, the wonderful woman working behind the counter has a personality of a hard working and pretty much runs around doing many things, so I forgive her for coming off as a unhappy employee, after she slowed down a bit, we got to talking about there awesome selection of all kinds of Gelato, actually asked if there were any other kinds I like that weren't there, next time I ordered a pie, that Gelato was there, I was somewhat surprised !!!! I have always ordered from Luigis and today they sent a wrong pie (grandma, picture shown, instead of a sicilian) and tried to tell me I was wrong. They were nasty and when we asked to come back with the pie and get the correct they said sorry were closing. That was not the right answer. I asked for a refund and they said because we did it through an app I had to call them. I called and then the app said they called Luigis and they wouldn't authorize a refund. I will not be going back that is not how you treat customers. We also ordered a round pie and the cheese was burnt (that was not the first time that happened).
