McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

As far as the food goes, well it's McDonald's! However their sandwiches look like they've been sat on a lot of times. I gave the service of this McDonald's only one star, and I'm being generous! They have the rudest most unprofessional staff working those drive thru windows. Not only are they nasty, they get the orders wrong so many times, and if you complain, they give you a very nasty respone. Once I ordered a large black iced coffee with no sugar at the drive thru, they sent me to the #2 parking spot to wait for it. For coffee??? It took 15 minutes!!! If that wasn't bad enough, they put sugar in it. There is a reason why I order my coffee without sugar, I'm a diabetic. Furious I went back to complain, and one of the staff members there was surprised that I would order a black coffee without sugar!! I'm not making this up!!! I explained to him why I was upset, and he slammed the container of iced coffee on the counter. How dare I demand to get what I paid for!! The manager said nothing. He just looked at me with his mouth open as if I was the one acting out of order! No apologies from anyone, just the most obnoxious attitude. That is the Sunday morning staff. Avoid that like the plague if you can folks. Another thing, when a customer is at the window paying you for their order, say something and be polite, at least a thank you. Don't just stand there with your mouth shut like a piece of plywood while your customer is giving you his money. That has been done to me at this location. I'm done with this McDonald's. I don't recommend this dump to anyone. I don't know how anyone can give this McDonald's five stars. Corporate has to learn of this and fire everyone!! No customer should be...

Picking up an Ubereats from this location on Saturday night is a nightmare. On Saturday March 9th i ended up canceling the order, turned my phone off and went home angry. Tonight, March 23rd i was dismissed by the same girl again. They expect me to sit in the drivethru line behind a dozen cars to pick up an order a customer already prepaid for. I basically ended up canceling the order, turned my uber off and called uber to report the situation. There are nights where the more mature employees meet you at the door and hand you the food if you are patient enough to stand, wait, and not complain. Then there are nights like tonight where the situation is controlled by young immature employees. I regret not recording one manager leaving the store to go to her car while another employee had to walk an order to a parked car. When the younger employee returned to the door the younger guys inside locked the door on him as a joke. Needless to say this is very disappointing considering im picking up Uber orders all through out the day at...

In addition to ordering at the counter they have 4 self-service kiosks. I find them very east to use. You can browse the menu, choose items, turn an item like a Quarter Pounder into a value meal, customize items, and pay using a credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or Samsung Pay. Very convenient.

There is outdoor seating. Not a huge space (probably enough room for about 15 - 20 people) but a nice option when the weather is nice.

There is a Drive-Thru. I've used it once. They were pretty efficient. Had me on my way in less than 10 minutes.

I've eaten here approx. 22 - 25 times since we moved to Deer Park. I have always found the staff to be polite, the food to be fresh, and restaurant (inside and out) to be clean.

If you're craving a Big Mac or some French Fries, this location will not disappoint!
