Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Big Flats

Placed a mobile order thru the drive thru. Their espresso machine was down (has been every time we’ve come the last few months) cashier was very polite and accommodating to help us and we decided to just get coffee with the same flavor, not that big of a deal. But I also order a chipotle aioli bacon egg and cheese bagel and instead received some kind of wrap. We went inside to get it corrected and a crew member and the MANAGER just laughed about it, did nothing to correct the issue. The tag on the bag even said it was supposed to be a bagel. We love Dunkins food. However the locally owned branches are always severely understaffed. The line again this morning was out to the main road. We sat at the window for 12 minutes. Only three people working and they all looked like they rolled out of bed 5 minutes ago. They were all confused. All three employees visited the window during our wait asking what we were still waiting for. I never do reviews. I would probably go to Dunkin on a daily basis if it was managed better. It's always the same shit show when we decide to give it a shot. We go to Starbucks and there's 10 people working and it's a well oiled machine. Great management. Stopped by this DD Sunday Sept 23rd about 4 pm. Drive Through line was long, went inside apparently only two people working. One worker, apparently on break was sleeping at one of the tables near the windows. We stood there for more than 5 minutes completely unacknowledged even though no one was in line in front of us. One of the people working eventually woke up the other worker and said, “break’s over.” Guy on break had to put his shoes back on. When he finally made it to behind the counter, clocked in within 2 feet of me. No “I’ll be right with you” or anything proceeds to walk away. At that point we left and will never go back.
