The food is good and the staff is courteous, friendly and seem like they're trying their best but the service is terrible. You go through the drive thru, place your order and then pay, only to be told to park your car in an assigned space and they'll bring the food out to you. Now that's fine if you have a particularly large order but every single car on a Saturday night is parking in assigned spots. That's not "drive thru". If I wanted to park I would've just gone inside and ordered. Then the fun begins. You watch as 3 or 4 different employees are hustling in and out of the restaurant, delivering bags of food to all the cars waiting. The car next to you apparently checks their food and walks back into the restaurant because they got the wrong order. Then you realize, as cars that ordered after you are getting their orders, that your order was obviously given to the wrong vehicle. So now you're wondering if that bag of food was handled by some stranger. I'm guessing they tossed the food and remade it, but I don't know for sure. So they eventually bring your order out after seeing 3 more cars leave who ordered after you did and you're left wondering if your food is even any good now. With all of this Covid 19 going around this is not the way to run a business. Update: I received a letter from corporate apologizing saying that all returned meals are discarded and it came with 2 complimentary meals and decided to give them another chance. This time, on a Friday night, the drive thru was working like a well oiled machine, no one was told to park and my order was perfect. Looks like management has got their act together now. Changed my 2 stars to 5 stars. Keep up...

However this store has really sunk to new lows. I am currently sitting online for about 15 minutes and counting!!! The girl at the window is very rude. The best thing about this place is the dumpster ... thats where their food belongs .... IF you can fit it in with all the cardboard over flowing UPDATE 6-21-22 ..... Tonight there was a different girl working. She was VERY fast!!!! .... I am not exaggerating when I tell you that my order was ready, in the bag and on the counter in World's Record Time!!! ... Before my ATM transaction was even approved!!!! .... She was very sweet. I did not get her name but I can tell you that she had VERY long eyelashes. I am changing my original 1 star rating to a 3 star rating. Hopefully with service like tonight's we will get to 5 stars .... but that's gonna cost you a hot fudge...

No lettuce, tomatoes, or mayo. Just a bun with what's supposed to be roast beef looked dry, old, and processed bruised. That's what they call meat? I should have known something was up when I was looked at a few times during whispers behind the counter. No exaggerating!! On hindsight I should have opened the sandwiches before I Left. Never in my life had such a disgusting experience. I am so disappointed in Arby's. Never again. I traveled far to get something we haven't had in a long time. Throw out the two roast beef sandwiches. We work very hard for our money and can't afford to waste it. And we were famished. Very up set and disappointed!! I deserve to be compensated big time!!! But we know that would never happen!!
