Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

Honestly a 3.5 star restaurant.

Got the cheesesteak and fries. Cheesesteak had white cheese... I think provolone? Would have been better with American, cheddar, or definitely cheese wiz. The fries had an overcooked exterior but undercooked interior. Definitely have the fryer too high. I think the meat was definitely mediocre. Hardly any taste at all.

Feels like they should already have most of this down for as long as they've been running this location. I doubt my comment will lead to any real improvements but we'll see.

It was a small sandwich and I paid $14 for everything. Definitely just go... anywhere else. Too many good restaurants along middle country to...

This was my first time at this place. After shopping, I was hungry, so I decided to pick up something to eat. I was excited to try something new, but I was super disappointed. The chicken teriyaki sub I ordered was terribly salty! There should be a high sodium warning. Also, the portion size was incredibly small for the price. Nothing comes with the sub, which is lame. Although the cashier was friendly, the team behind the scenes does not seem friendly. The bag with the food inside was cold. Overall, it was not good. Please work on these things and ensure Charley's cheesesteaks...

They charge you for sauce, and upsell you on ingredients that you didn't know would be additional. If you substitute pickle for jalapeno, it's an up charge, substitute american cheese for provolone it's an up charge. If you want sauce they will charge you which is fine. Don't tell me that nothing is free, that's insulting. Didn't come here for free sauce lmao....
