I’ve been to almost every Chipotle on Long Island, by far this has to be the worst I’ve ever experienced.
Staff is miserable: They all look like they want to jump off a bridge; zero emotions whatsoever. Plenty of times I’ve been in this location I see the workers clearly laughing at patrons whether it’s something they order or something they’re wearing. This will be denied by staff of course but it’s a common theme I’ve noticed in my times in this particular location.
Terrible quality: Out of all the times I’ve been to this location, I’d say two I’ve received what I would describe “fresh” quality. Every other time I’m receiving half a scoop of the dried up steak remnants, pretty disgusting. But this is the least of the worries since you probably won’t even receive the full portion of what you’ve been given. Employees in this location need to hit the gym or something because their scoops are pretty weak, for a company charging a premium for quality fresh ingredients, you’re ending up just paying for the chipotle name. Cabo is a better choice by miles, actually fresh and heaping servings. Also like other comments are saying, you need to go in to see your food being made. Many times I’ve ordered delivery from this location or for pickup, I’ve received a laughable portion, or my favorite when I ordered double chicken and received none at all. This location is the epitome of the memes you see online.
To sum it up, this location is a joke at this point. Ive given it plenty of chances but all faith has been lost. Ownership has got to step up...
Read moreNeed works. Food is good most of the time sometimes bad quality. I ordered $50 of food from chipotle and doordash driver dropped off a bag of chips. He knocked on my door and when I asked where the rest of the order was he was defensive and said “we can’t check the bags” I said “do you know what you are going to pick up?” He said “yes” I said “didn’t you think it was odd that 3 meals would fit in a chips bag?” And he had nothing to say. I then called chipotle and the manager said that the rest of the food was on the table and that they could refund me or I could pick it up. So i had to drive there to pick it up myself after paying for driver a tip and there were 6 employees just starting at me since you can’t eat inside due to covid no one was in the store and all the pick up orders where on the tables. It amazed me that none of them had the decency to tell the doordash driver that he forgot a bag on the table and they just watched him leave with only a bag of chips. This actually happened twice to me where I received just a bag of chips at my door. I’m not sure who is worse door dash or chipotle. Why can’t chipotle tape or staple multiple bags together? Why are people so...
Read moreUpon walking in, I would say that I was greeted by probably the most miserable staff I have come into contact with, but the word "greeted" is an overstatement. The staff acts like you are inconveniencing them just by walking in the door. If that isn't bad enough, these people cannot even do their one job properly which is wrap a burrito. You'll end up with a double-wrapped pile of mush wrapped in foil. They also don't seem to understand the words "just a little bit", and will give you an entire ladel full of spicy salsa regardless of your requests. Just when you don't think the vibes in this place can get any more shot, you will go to take a seat just to find all of the chairs in the place stacked when it isn't even close to closing time. In order to sit and eat, you will have to retrieve your own chair from the stack. While eating, you'll get to listen to the metal clashing all over the kitchen, representative of the disgruntled behavior of the employees. And you will occasionally see a customer come in to retrieve a mobile order, met by the rudeness of the staff. After eating your stingy-made meal, you can finally leave which is the best part of this...
