Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

I ordered an iced macchiato and asked 3 times for sugar free vanilla when ordering. As I ordered, the guy taking my order was telling the other worker what I wanted when I noticed he just said vanilla pump I said, “please make sure sugar free.” I had to have said sugar free atleast 3 times. So after I pay and he gives me my receipt, I go back on line and tell him that he put in regular vanilla syrup and not sugar free. He gets salty and goes to the other worker and says “now he wants sugar free vanilla.” To which i said, “No, it’s not that NOW I wanted it, I asked for it 3 times and you weren’t paying attention to me.” The second worker took a long pause and just looked at me and then remade the drink after making me extremely uncomfortable. I apologized and said I’m sorry to ask for them to remake it, but I literally said 3 times what I wanted....

This place is disgusting and I'm seeing more and more poor hygiene habits at the Dunkin Donuts on Long Island. Whether I'm running in to get someone something, picking up a drink, or getting some egg whites; I'm finding the employees have yet to learn proper hygiene techniques. In today's incident, the employee did put gloves on which was great but then he wiped his arm across his nose and was about to touch the food. I want to throw up thinking about it. How dare one behave like this? Does the company need to provide classes on " how to properly handle food without touching your body parts?" People are going to get sick due to the lack of cleanliness in this place. I'm sure the " Board of Health" would not approve of the poor sanitation. This place has failed to adhere to any standard of cleanliness and I'd think twice before you...

Have been to DD all over the country, and have to say this one is among the worst:

Firstly, ordered and paid for two coffees then was handed only one and had to explain while showing my receipt that I needed another coffee made.

Second, not only is their coffee superheated so you cant even taste it for a while, the staff was also stingy the ingredients. Ie. Seems like made with less grounds and/or reused grounds as coffee tastes watered down. And with the milk (had asked for lite, and got maybe a few drops of milk at best)

I'd picked up a cup for myself and a cup for a Dunkin Donut addict friend that picked me up at the station this morning.... neither of us were able to drink this. That's how bad this was. From now on I'll either wait on the longer line at the Bagel Cafe or just hit 7-11 down the road. Disgusted by what they...
