Five Guys — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

This Five Guys location rocks! The staff are super nice, and they all work hard to bring you yummy, fresh, and delicious food. I love that you can watch them make your order right in front of you, and no matter what size fry you get, you’ll receive a generous dump of extras right into your bag. I’ve stopped ordering tomato and lettuce on sandwiches at all but nice sit-down restaurants because they’re inevitable thin, pale ghosts of what may have once been fresh produce; this location always gives me beautiful, bright red and juicy tomatoes on my grilled cheese, with crispy lettuce to match. I throw some fries and ketchup on that bad boy and mmm…heaven! Their orange cream soda is fabulous, too! If you have more than a 10-minute drive home, eat inside—Five Guys is best enjoyed fresh (but their fries do very well re-heated in an air fryer). The burgers and fries were VERY good, but the place seemed like they're not set up for online orders. I ordered online and went to pick it up so I wouldn't have to wait a long time at the store. But the order was NOT READY when I arrived 20 min later to pick it up, and I still had to wait a long time. The place wasn't busy. They had only one other customer when I got there, so there's no good reason why I'd have to wait another 15-20 min for them to make our food! It was only 2 burgers and fries and they...

I was under the impression they were homemade burgers they're not they're no better than McDonald's Frozen patties.. it says handmade patties, yes in some factory 8,000 mi away.... $17.95 for a Frozen patty burger and imitation banana shake is a little much if you ask me..The manager in this one needs an attitude adjustment, or a different job. Nothing comes with this burger by the way and I mean nothing not even ketchup onions extra cheese extra pickles extra mayonnaise extra not to mention lettuce...
