Golden Chopsticks — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW I WOULD - MAJOR HEALTH HAZARD - BESIDES THE MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF MSG - This is my 2nd time ordering food from this restaurant the first time went well and the food was excellent … today I ordered 2 sushi rolls , 1 LG beef fried rice 1 LG pork fried rice & sweet & sour chicken … when I got the food and opened the bag there was everything but the pork fried rice & 4 LG combo meals that I did not order … a few mins later the phone rings and it’s them saying we forgot your pork fried rice if you want it you can come pick it up so we said why would we do that if we just called for delivery by the way we have 4 dinners we did not order … he sounded surprised and said ok we will be there in a few mins to bring you the pork fried rice and to pick up the food … when the man came here to pick it up he was extremely rude and arrogant as if I did something wrong … mind you this food was in my possession in my house on my dinner table .. AND THEY TOOK IT BACK TO GIVE TO SOMEONE ELSE … imagine if the food simply fell on the floor in their restaurant from what I just told you all … do you think they would do the right thing and start over ? Or just throw it back in the pan or scoop...

I used to buy from this restaurant quite regularly and at one point was very happy with the food. Unfortunately the food became very inconsistent to the point that sometimes it food tasted old or spoiled! Delivery times became terrible they would say it would be there in 45 minutes and it would show up an hour and a half later, if we called we got a very nonchalant uncaring "sorry" sounding like we were irritating them. So we stopped using them for approximately six months, last night we decided to order a delivery they told us 45 minutes and it came over an hour and a half later we called they said it would be there. It showed up most of the food was called including the soups the spare ribs look like they were gray and leftover from lunch, dry and tasted old we called them and the response was, "what's the problem now?" It takes a lot to make me call usually I'm overly patient but this place is just ridiculous. We will be no longer ordering from this restaurant. Also if this message would post with a negative star that's it what it would be getting but because it won't post at all if you don't choose a star I am forced to give...

COLD FOOD AND BAD TASTE Went to dinner with my wife and daughter. We ordered different seafood dinners expecting good tasting food. Much to my surprise, when my my order came and I tasted the scallops on my plate and they were cold. I could not believe it. The rest of the plate the food was fine in temperature. They took back my meal and heated up the scallops. When I started eating again, the food has a distinct bad taste. The manager came over and took the food back and told me to pick out something different and he would not charge me for the dinner. He did bring out new dish. We finished dinner and asked for check and the final bill came with the bad dish of food applied to my bill. I asked the manager about what had transpired and he just walked away. Upon paying the bill, I told the manager I would not return to his restaurant because of the food being terrible. He did not care at all. This is not the way to treat a customer, after two major mistakes were made. We did not go to his restaurant for this kind...
