Michaels — Local services in Town of Brookhaven

Nasty ladies behind the counter. I purchased three items, was rung up and apparently she assumed I didn't want a bag, so I asked for one while my items sat on the counter in a pile. I was then lectured on how I need to ask for one before I'm rung up because the state requires that they charge for it. I very politely stated, "...or you could have asked me if I wanted one. That would have worked too." While walking out, the other cashier says very loud and sarcastically, "Tis the season!" to which my cashier replied something about how people are so snotty. If people are purchasing multiple items, why would you assume they don't want a bag? If you do make that mistake (your mistake btw), don't then blame the customer - it's YOUR JOB to ask me if I want one before you finalize the sale. I placed a pick up order at 6pm, with no issues. I came in at 6:40 because my order had yet to say it was complete, it was an order with three small items. When I went to pick this order up i stood there for 10 minutes before someone could help me, once Lea asked if I needed help I told her I was waiting for my pick up order to be completed. She immediately went off with a rotten attitude saying they don’t accept orders after 6pm. I showed her my order was placed at 6:04pm to be picked up today with no issues and that I didn’t mind grabbing the items myself if it was that big of a problem for her to do her job. She rolled her eyes before dragging her feet around trying to find my order then said, yeah I guess i’ll go try to find these and walked away. Customer service is lacking. I called in to ask a question and was on the phone for 5 minutes just waiting. Then when the lady came on the phone she sounded annoyed and told me that she was at the register and had a line so she will get me to a floor person. Okay, so I waited another 5 minutes. Another lady came on and I asked my question and she said she was at the register and she would find out. Came back on line with an answer to the first part of my question but when I asked about the second part she said "I don't know, why don't you just come to the store and find out."
